Pick the Corpse Clean (GM/Taerra)

[Kyrie Blaze]

Assuming she finds nothing on her guy, she moves to the room he came out of with an amused sound.

"We didn't, actually. Then it got around that there was this nameless gang underfoot, helping rebuild, so... We pretty much were dubbed 'Nameless'. It stuck."

She hadn't seen a need to give it a name.

"So if you were expecting something like Kitty Cat Clan, I'm happy to disappoint you."

Anything in the room?

"Aww...don't crush my hopes and...hnng!...dreams like that!"

He grunted mid sentence as he pushed one of the bodies over, trying to find anything under. Nothing but blood. He would stand after and lift his duffle.

"But seriously....you coulda come up with something. "Thunder cats" woulda been an awesome name."

He chuckled.

In the room, she finds some machinery used to strip bikes, cars, and other vehicles...the radio was nowhere to be found.

With nothing immediately looking like it could be useful, Taerra comes back out, brow furrowing in bewilderment.

"'Thunder Cats'? What the hell kind of name is that? Anyway, no radio."

[Jeremiah Sykes]

Jeremiah blinked.

"Oh...you know...dun nuh nuh...thunder cats...thunder...thunder...thunder cats...HOOOOO!"

He sang a little, then did the thunder cats call.

"C'mon, dont tell me youve never heard of thunder cats."

Taerra stared at him like he just crawled out of guy number two's intestines. She would probably be less surprised if he actually did.

"...that...was fucking weird. Where did you come up with that shit?"

Either she was good at holding her poker face or she'd never heard of or seen Thunder Cats. She blinked.

[Jeremiah Sykes]

He waved a hand at her.

"Shut up, it was a TV Show. Kids cartoon."

He was actually a little embarrassed.

"Can we get back to work here?"

Distract! Distract!

[Kyrie Blaze]

She gave him an odd look.

"You're the one that started it."

But she shrugged and turned away, changing back to her feline form with practiced ease. She was ready. Blood and shit was what this place smelled like. She was done with it.

[Jeremiah Sykes]

Jeremiah grunted.

"Your just gonna have to see it someday. That shit is cool."

....not that she would be able to, considering TV stations didnt really work anymore. He would follow her out as she changed back, checking out her ass despite himself. He would kick open the back door and move out...trusting her to track them down by smell.

The cat just stared at him. But once they were outside she sneezed a few times and then tried to see if there were any new, fresh scents that didn't belong to the three dead men inside.

She would immediately catch the scent of several individuals nearby...two who stood out, as they smelled similar to the fellows inside. They were several blocks away, however.

Jeremiah would crouch and pet her while she sniffed about.

Upon catching the scent and pulling in a deep breath, she turned and - lightly, for her, at least - gave Jeremiah a bat with a paw. Then she bounced forward in a lope, only turning to look back if Jeremiah didn't immediately follow.

Otherwise, she would begin leading him towards the closer of the two, unless they wound up being together.

Jeremiah nodded and stood, taking off after her, trying to keep whatever pace she decided on, noting to himself after the petting...dont do that. At least not while they were busy.

They would head straight for over a mile, before they would have to head over a highway. It seemed these men were traveling in a vehicle, slowly, but keeping just ahead of them. Jeremiah slowed.

"They are heading to the airport."

[Kyrie Blaze]

The mountain lion set as blistering a pace as Jeremiah could keep up to, but she still outpaced him. It was when his footsteps ceased that she slowed and turned.

The look she gave him was...waiting. He could try to find a new part or they could try to intercept. His choice.

[Jeremiah Sykes]

"Mother fucker!"

He turned and jogged over to the nearest vehicle and threw his elbow into the window. He hopped inside and pulled out wires to jump start it. It roared to like a moment later with half a tank of gas. He smirked.

"Hop in."

Once she either clambered over him or transformed again, he would take off, flying up the ramp and dodging cars, trying to track down the men whose semi they could see plowing along in the distance.

She understood the need to get back at them, but part of her wondered why he didn't get another manifold part. Either way, bones cracked and Taerra slid in.

At least if she was a naked human, some distraction would be provided.

...before she clawed their faces and ripped their throats.
