Consumables... That means it is a one time only item. Luckily Consumable's effects last for 5 posts.Problem being you can only carry 3 and can only use 1 at a time. So let's walk through how to do this.
Consumables are a bit more cost efficient and potent. To buy the materials for a consumable you only need $50.
Consumables can have a number of effects so let's look at our options. The easiest first, being stats.
Putting stats on your consumable costs $50 per stat. Up to a maximum of $400 and +8. Example:
Ghai's Berzerker Pill: +4 Atk, +4 Spd Lasts 5 posts after taken. Cost: $450
You could dump all +8 points into a single stat.
Now for the hard stuff, abilities. An ability costs $1,000. Special conditions can also be added by staff if the ability is too wild, or too strong. Ability consumables also only last for one use of the ability. But for an example.
Ralph's Flame Candy: A Spicy Jaw Breaker which gives you fire breath doing your max Energy in dmg. One time use only.
