Mental Information
Personality: Confident for a good reason, Yongi holds himself with pride at all times. He was raised by his family to believe he's better than the best, and because of it he comes off as spoiled and arrogant to anyone and everyone he meets. Materialistic and seemingly greedy, there are very few people who can look past the flaws Yongi so clearly possesses. Unbeknownst to many, however, there is something more to the young celebrity than misguided greed and unending selfishness.
Yongi has an undying desire to be the focus of any situation, whether it was initially about him or not, as a result of a youth where he was, ironically, both spoiled and neglected. He is boisterous, belligerent, brash; fiery, flirty, foolish. Of course, these are the qualities most focus on, the things most notice first, and the things most will only ever see of the young man. Outwardly, he makes it seem as though he hasn't the slightest care, putting on a facade of complete disregard for public opinion.
Mentality: Yongi puts on a cool facade in all situations, opting never to show just how much he panics in his head. Constantly stressed, he tries to make up for this by acting like he's got his shit together.
Ideal: "Work hard, play harder." While Yongi is a hard-working individual, his end goal is to have worked hard enough in his youth to be able to retire early and live the rest of his life in comfort.
Belief: Agnostic Theist - Christian
Physical Information Build: Muscular, toned, fit, Yongi maintains a fairly athletic build due to personal health desires, public opinion, and his career in music and modeling.
Defining Marks: The signature fade and shit-eating grin.
Description: With 8% body fat, Yongi is incredibly well-built, though he is much more tone than size currently. He retains a slim figure as he's marketed toward a younger crowd of which prefers lanky models, so currently his figure is that of a runner. His body is clean and hairless, free from physical imperfection set aside the occasional bruises on his hands, elbows, feet, and knees.
Yongi has two styles of dress: lazy, or fancy. His lazy attire consists of a sleeveless tee and jeans or gym shorts (always), while his fancy dress consists of expensive suits. The only exceptions to this are when he's paid to wear a specific style of clothing.
History Information
History: Raised in Seoul, South Korea, Yongi was born into a wealthy family which owned an entertainment company. His two brothers, sisters, and himself were all raised as celebrities, brought into the family business since the days they could walk. Because they were the moneymakers, these children were all spoiled, which made them work that much harder. All but one, however - Yongi became complacent in his early years, and quickly fell in ratings, becoming the least successful of all five siblings. Due to his fall in popularity, the parents began to neglect Yongi, instead focusing on the four who continued to rise in the public eye. Naturally, Yongi grew to quietly resent the family for this, yet simultaneously developed a drive to push harder and harder to succeed.
Taking a bold step in his career, Yongi began working outside of his parents' company, earning his own paid gigs and shoots with various others, quickly overtaking his students and becoming one of the more prominent young idols in the country. Now that he'd proven himself, the parents gave him the option to continue his career in any way he wanted, which led him to the states, where he believed there was much more opportunity.
Once in the states, Yongi was criticized for his lack of official education, a claim that hurt his reputation more than he'd like to admit. Because of this, his PR team pushed him to enroll within the public school system, where they'd pay under-the-table to have him kept with people of his age so as to prevent these claims from having any foundation. He reluctantly agreed, and was initially in a school within a gated district. This school failed to pass any of its evaluations for nearly a decade, however, and as such it was closed down like so many other within the city. Like so many others, this resulted in Yongi being transferred to PHS #259.
