Walking into his office and locking the door, at the docks in Warehouse at Dock D 24, a tall green hair student could be seen walking in with a strange pair of shoes in his hand. Walking over to the empty desk cover with dust the green hair student gently placed these shoes on it before strolling around to his chair. As the green person sat a cloud of dust could be seen a rising up causing him to cough rather loudly.
Outside the warehouse there where people training, fighting, hanging out, and whatever they wanted. The docks had really change since Cliff had started his gang, and over time it seemed like the entire place has change so much that a small built in community could be seen thriving. Unfortunately the gang had seemingly disbanded when all of Cliff’s overseers abandon him.
It is not a hundred percent clear to everyone why the overseers left, but Cliff knew exactly why that occurs. During the expansion of his gang the docks grew with more business, both good and bad, and because of Cliff’s open door policy he did not stop some of the bad business. There were heavy restrictions on the dealers of course, but for some reason they were never outlawed.
Suddenly grabbing hold of the sides of the desk in a frantic manner Cliff started to cough violent as pain shot throughout his body. Quickly opening a drawer in his desk the disorientated leader pulled out a syringe, a vial, and a rubber tube of some kind. After the syringe was filled with whatever was in the vial the green hair guy tied the rubber tube around his left arm as he held it out. Near the elbow on the left arm were a lot of puncture marks clearly indicating he had been doing this for some time. With his right arm shaking Cliff quickly placed the syringe into his arm and injected the drug into his arm.
With one hard breath of relief the green hair druggy pulled the syringe out of his arm, and placed it on the table right next to his powerful strange pair of shoes.

Keith had found himself in the docks for some reason. He had heard about some open door policy. But Keith wasn't that familiar with the policy at all. Out of sheer boredom and curiosity, Keith decided to take a little personal tour of the docks. Perhaps he could use this as some sort of business venture or new hideout.
From outside the warehouse, Keith observed people training, fighting, and hanging out. Seemed to be a possible future hangout. Keith did enjoy his fighting and his training. The senior decided to observe the fighting and training some more. It was indeed very intriguing. Especially since Keith could always use the extra training and learning.
Keith spent some time in Chinatown to brush up on his Tai Chi and observe the various styles of Kung-Fu. But he wanted to observe more than Kung-Fu. He went and took a seat on some nearby crates to observe the fighting and the training. Training, it was something that Keith needed to go back to. He leaned back some and observed everything that went on outside of the warehouse.
"Good ol' fashioned fighting and training," Keith said to himself.

Sitting in the corner of the office after an easy and clean break in, Jacob was waiting patiently for the return of the person who ran the docks. It was quite simple as to why, he heard there was a gang here, and it would pose the perfect challenge for his needs to get into action. It would prove he was the best, and there for, who better to ask than the leader of the docks himself? He heard that he was gone for awhile, but he was feeling lucky today, there for dropped by, broke in, here is now waiting. It wasn't until ten minutes later that he heard the entrance of his little prey going right inside. It seemed Jacob really was on a good luck streak for the time being.
He was well hidden in his corner, positioned where it would be difficult to see him unless you were going to look for him, or you stared directly at him. Once his friend sat down though, Jacob would soon reveal himself with a calm and collective tone, uncaring if it might come out as frightening. It would be speaken with confidence, like one would expect in a situation resmembling something like this.
"'Bout time you showed up."
That's all he said, it was to allow this guy to realize his presence, and that is when they would talk. Hopefully, this guy would bring up the questions, there for he would owe a social favor by answering Jacob some questions of his own.

Taking a deep breath Cliff waited several seconds before the drug took effect. His breath then began to calm down as the drug took full effects relaxing his body causing the pain to fade. As it was taking effect the user heard the voice of a new person in his office.
Bout time you showed up
Hearing this seemingly cold cruel voice inside his private office startled Cliff severely causing him to rise to his feet, knocking his chair down, as he looked for the intruder. Unable to find him Cliff then said in a loud voice riddle with disorientation, “Whose there? Show yourself!”
How can someone be here? Only two other people have the key, and they are long gone.

The crates just weren't doing it for him. Keith needed to get a much better view of the fighting and training. He quickly stood up from the crates and walked towards one of the outer walls of the warehouse for he could get a better view of things. He was oblivious to all that was going down and eventually would go down from within the warehouse.
Keith decided to lean back against the outer wall of the warehouse where he got a closer look of the constant fighting and training. The docks seemed like a good possible hang out most definitely.
"Who's in charge of the docks here?"

Giving a chuckle at the reaction, Jacob began to push himself up onto his feet, revealing a man with long brown hair tied back into a pony tail, a white t-shirt with a black leather jacket over it, and baggy blue jeans. He was planning on wearing something fancier, but he didn't want to risk it getting dirty from people fighting outside. A smirk would be expressed onto his facial features, and his dull eyes would make complete eye contact if he moved to look over toward him. Also, hearing his thought was quite interesting, obviously he didn't think about Jacob having the ability to pick locks, that's alright though, not many people possess that trait.
"Let's make this quick, tell me all the information you know about the gang that resides at the docks."
It was spoken in a harsh tone, obviously showing that Jacob wasn't in the mood for joking around. Jacob would wait for his response, hopefully being quick and informative. Jacob would know if he was lying, he could read minds, and he was going to make sure that he got the truth as soon as possible.

"Let's make this quick, tell me all the information you know about the gang that resides at the docks."
Starting to come fully to his senses Cliff started to calm down as he started to think about what he should say next.
What kind of business could this guy have for me? Asiv should know that I am unable to do any of his god-forsaken tasks in my current condition. I know I made it perfectly clear about that.
Slowly, the once powerful leader then began to lower himself back into his seat as he continues to collect his thoughts. In a low chuckle Cliff then said in a frantic calm voice, “What kind of business do you have with the gang the resides here.”
This guy can’t be from Asiv. Normally he sends a message through one of my gang messengers. If Asiv is not behind this then who is this guy working for?

Keith was in deep observation about what was going on outside not bothering about what was going on from inside the warehouse. He wasn't the type to go breaking an entering without good reason such as something benefiting him in some way.
However, Keith was resting next to the door. He was on his feet and leaning back against the outwall of the warehouse's front entrance. It was a nice sight of the docks and the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Along with the people fighting and training. He was debating if he wanted to take part in fighting and training with them at this moment.
He was still oblivious to what was going on inside of the warehouse. Keith adjusted his shades a bit. So far, Keith hadn't revealed his eyes to anybody. He had moved his right hand some and rested it on the door knob and leaned back a bit. The door knob happened to turn.
Now Keith's attention from the action outside was focused on the door knob itself.
He shook his head a bit.
Not very smart leaving a door unlocked... Especially if these people don't work here.
Now a new question sparked in his head. Either remain outside or investigate what's inside.

"Heh, so he is the gang leader himself, huh? Either that, or a strong supporter of it. Both work in my favor."
Being able to read minds was a strong advantage for Jacob, and he was utilizing it to his full potential. The smirk widening on his face about his question, and Jacob actually making it look like he paused, even though he already knew what to say a few seconds ago, he would easily give a response. Jacob had to use the pause to avoid all suspicion about his little 'power' that he had, nobody has yet to actually have proof about his ability to read minds, he was going to keep it that way.
"Well, it's quite simple, I want it. All of it, and I heard you're the man who can help me if not give it to me."
Yes, he made it sound like he already knew of who this guy was through other people's words, and it would obviously go over quite nicely. After all, people didn't go magically assuming others were mind readers out of no where, most people didn't even believe in them. With Jacob not even hinting he was one, there wasn't much of a problem with this guy knowing he was one either.

Keith noticed that there were four pretty big warehouses. And the docks itself was pretty big as well. Seemed that the person in charge seemed to allow people to fight and train here. Least Keith figured out that much. It made him want to know who owned the docks. Perhaps they could work out some deal or something.
Walking from one of the warehouses. Keith decided to go ask around. Approaching a few people that seemed to be training and such, Keith decided to start out with them. Hopefully it wouldn't end up like a scene in Shenmue where the main character Ryo Suzuki had to fight his way through sailors and gang members.
Of course that would be pretty fun, though.
"Excuse me," Keith said with his English accent. He then asked, "by any chance do any of you blokes know who runs these here docks?"
He would wait for a reply.

He does have a point. If I wanted to keep my identity a secret then I shouldn’t have dyed my hair green so much. Even if my gang is not functioning properly I can’t just give this area to anyone because it is self-control. People won’t take to a new leader just because I said so. Hell I don’t even know if they see themselves as a gang anymore.
Leaning back in his chair avoiding eye contact from the stranger Cliff then said in a nervous tone, “Well you see. This area is control and enforce by my gang, and even if I were to give this area to you. There is no way in hell you can take full control without destroying the entire area.”
Taking a short breath took a pause as he collected his thoughts again, well this place does have fairly good defense, but it is not unified. Anyway if anyone tried to take this place over they would have a fairly decent chance if they planned it well.
After a pause Cliff then finish in the same tone, “This place is extremely well fortify with strong fighters and traps that any imposing force would be completely crush with in ten minutes of entering. Of course you would not only be facing my gang, but also the people that work and live here to.”

Keith talked to some of the people that showed him where to find the boss of these here docks. But then, Keith couldn't go yet. With Keith's asking around, people got curious and suspicious. They wanted to know what Keith wanted with the person in charge of these docks.
He chuckled a bit, "I'm just curious that's all. The docks are so big and spacious. Hell, you guys have plenty of freedom to fight and train. It seems very free and liberal..."
"That still doesn't answer my question."
"Ah, I might have interests here if you know what I mean," Keith explained. He pulled out a few hundred dollar bills and waved it to the man. "I do independent consulting."
With that, Keith pulled out a business card and handed it to the man.
"If you happen to find the person in charge before I do, give him this business card."
