What are Assignments?
They are a list of jobs or bounties or whatever you wish to call them that you go out and do in your regular RP. The list will be updated as time goes on, adjusted, given sequels and the best part? You do everything without a staff member.
How does it work?
You check the list of Assignments and see if you meet the specified requirements for some job you would like to do. If everything fits well, you go out, make a thread like this: [Thread Name] (Assignment). You meet the Job specifications within this thread either on your own or with others. The Assignment will specify if solo or not. If worked together with someone it counts for all parties and everyone gets the payout. You can only make 1 Assignment of your own for that month, however you can be involved in as many as you want. You must finish the thread and it must reach the Job specifications to count for a reward.
How are the staff not involved?
We do almost nothing. We look over your assignment to make sure the Job specifics are met, we give you the rewards only we can like money or titles, but that's it. You add the exp, items, whatever as soon as you are done.
What does an Assignment look like?
Name: Violence of 259
Requirements: 15 Atk
Job: Finish a fight.
Bonus: Fight someone with a title, throw them out a window/through a wall.
Payout: +1 exp, +$150
As you can see this job is pretty plain. This means you must have 15 Base Atk with no items to be able to do this Assignment, when you meet this you can make it. By finishing a fight you gain +1 exp and $150. So not only do you and your opponent gain 1 exp for fighting, but you get a second exp for the assignment. As well as extra cash from what you got for posting.
There also seems to be a Bonus attached to this, looks like you should try and fight someone with a title and try to throw them through a wall or out a window. If you do this there could be something special for you.
Can I exchange the reward for something else?
Only if it is your assignment, as in you were the one to create the assignment thread. Yes you may request a different reward such as an item upgrade, or Qi unlock.
Note: Assignment rewards are always subject to review, as well as possible nerfing.
