"I thought it was a pretty good idea. It was rather basic and didn't have a lot of outlines. Basically telling us to wing it if I remember correctly. Today, I would like to think my input and work within the school board has shaped it into a more structured and reliable program. While a dangerous position to have for a student, it is a far more dangerous job to not have around."
Asiv would look at his card to make sure he said it right.

Asiv would flip through his cards once... Then twice... Shit he didn't have this one.
"Uh... Well... There is... Uh... You see... There is the whole..."
Asiv wouldn't know what to do with his hands at this point and just ended up holding them up near his face.
"I like the school... It runs real nice. I feel real good about it, the guys think it's real good. I don't like that sometimes I have to hurt someone."

Melanie kept her business like pose. She would not be seen giggling at the Super for not planning everything out. A small smirk crossed her face. She cleared her throat and wiped it off her face. "I see. Mr. Asiv, do you have any family? This is more a personal inquiry than an interview question. If you like, we can skip it. Uhm... What would you change about the school, if anything?" |

"I am the youngest of four. I am unmarried and one of my Nephews enrolled recently. I would add an indoor pool, cause it does get cold around campus."

"My name is Zack Yuenjia Asiv. I'm partially chinese, and currently 29 years old. Before I was this school's supervisor many years ago, I participated in the test runs of the pillar system as a School Captain, so I want everyone to know I understand what you may be going through."
Asiv smiled and folded his hands over his cards.

I blinked a few times. He was school captain... He was there when it started. I wondered what it must have been like. What sort of things... I mentally shook my head. Another time perhaps. This was for the paper. I wanted to ask more questions I had so many things i just had to ask. However, after seeing him smile and put his hands over his cards, I had the feeling that the interview was over.
"Thank you, Mr Asiv for letting me have a sneak peak into the life of a supervisor. I trust things will continue going well for this school."
I stood from my seat and offered a hand to shake before i left. After shaking, i'd turn to leave. Stopping short of the door, i turned to ask one more question.
"If you had any advice to give me, what would it be?"

Asiv would rise from his chair and shake the girls hand and give a nod as she moved to leave, sitting back down to open the lap top on his desk whens he stopped and turned to ask her question. Searching for advice?
"Don't dig too far and graduate."
