Mental Information
Personality: Mooi is an overall well mannered and kind young woman. She usually seems to take on a motherly attitude towards less organized individuals, but she also shows this side towards those she cares for the most. Velia isn't often needy, but she can get jealous of others easily, even if no sign her being jealous is shown. Moomoo often keeps to herself about most negative things. Besides that, she can be very sociable in the long run. This is the type of person that will find a friend in the darkest of people.
Mentality: Fear oriented mind – People with this type of mind are highly sincere, loyal, committed and serious. They mostly lack a good sense of humor and most of them are highly organized as a bid to keep their life as structured as possible.
The various negativities that can be present in a fear oriented mind are – neediness, meekness, jealousy, unworthiness, self-pity and suppression.
Although Moo lacks a high sense of humor, this is mostly because she doesn't understand the concept of humor...as well as most people should. Anyway, take this section with a grain of salt, as everything isn't entirely accurate. This is the basic description.

Build: Average build. Although slightly lacking in height, Velia retains a decent physique. Overall weak in terms of strength.

Description: As mentioned, Mooi has an weak build, although she really isn't that short even at 5"5 when compared to most female freshmen and Sophomores. On another note, it may be good to add in her healthy weight as well as point out her extreme lack of flexibility. Sheesh, no splits for her.
Moving on, her pale skin is worth mention. It's soft and delicate, yet slightly neglected in the Vitamin D Department. This is due to Velia spending most of her time indoors.
History Information
History: This is not a tragic story. It's simply a line of events that led up to a girl named Mooi Algernon signing up at one of the world's most notorious schools. Why? Why does the district let students in who are obviously not delinquents? Is it curiosity? Curiosity of what will happen when a perfect honor student enters a school of hooligans? Maybe no, maybe so.
Continuing on...no, starting from the beginning. A girl was born into an average and overall happy family. She was fated with the name of Mooi Algernon. "Mooi" is a Dutch name meaning "Pretty" or "Cute". This doesn't seem so bad, but Algernon is a given male name which derives from the Norman-French soubriquet Aux Gernons, meaning "with moustaches". Not only is this a male name, not only is this her last name, but together with Moo's first name, it comes to translate as "Pretty with mustaches." This is highly embarrassing, I know.
AHEM! Moving on.
As Velia grew older, she gained a deep interest in fairy Tales(and other forms of fiction, but this genre was the major). Along the way, she also picked up a liking for computer programming. Before she knew it, these hobbies began to absorb all of her free time. Eventually, it began affecting her school grades negatively. This was corrected right away, although it's safe to say she still spends an unhealthy amount of time doing these activities.
It can be noted that Moo gained a liking towards butterflies over a matter. What this changing event was, sources don't know. By the age of 15, Velia finally entered highschool. Along with a new year, came a new preference.
It was in her freshman year that she hear of Public Highschool #259. After hearing about it, she just had too see it, being the curious type that she was. So come Sophomore year, Moo enrolled at 259. Now, most reading this are probably thinking:"What a boring backstory." And you're right...yet wrong, all in the same. Nobody likes spoilers, so all I'll say is:"There are three parts to a story; The beginning, The middle, and a twist."
