Mental Information
Personality: Noriko is, on the outside, an unsocial person in public.(Although she continues to deny the fact) She can be, how should I put this, somewhat of a brat(as they say in spain). If one were to know her on a more personal level, it could be noted that she's actually very sweet to an extent and would happily help out with something in exchange for a good "thank you". Although most would never believe it.
As mentioned, Noriko is very insecure, feeling that most are talking behind her back, causing her to assume the worst about most people.
If you haven't guess already, that could be a very big detriment to her socialization chances.
Mentality: As hinted at, Noriko is a kind person, thus she does deeds to fit the description, marking it off as mere pity, while she herself does not know the real reason as to why she does said actions. Noriko also has trouble accepting compliments or thanks. The way she see's it, it's selfish to do something and expect gratitude for it.(But, somehow it's okay for others to expect it from her? I don't know. Noriko's mind is confusing. You could say in a generalization that

Build:Although it can be noted that Noriko is at the proper development stage she should be for a kid her age, it can also be mention that her body is slightly weaker than that of a normal person. Too much strain will cause her to collapse almost instantly. The reason for this weakness is unknown. In other news, she's pretty short for a female sophomore, but maybe she'll make up for it later?
Defining Marks: In case your too lazy to read the entire appearance description, then some defining marks are her shiny crimson eyes and silky smooth black hair. Outfit-wise, it's the usual black.
Description:
Basic Appearance Some-Up:Noriko is a somewhat thin girl who has a strange obsession with the color black(from a bystander's perspective). Some noticeable features include her strangely red eyes. Some would say in the dark they almost seem to glow as the moonlight reflects off of them or something.
Noriko tends to have her hair up in sets of pigtails and other hard to explain set ups, but she always uses the same hair pieces for the styles. Maybe in remembrance of something?
Going down to finer detail, Noriko's skin is pale to an extent, probably from the lack of exposure to the sun, but it doesn't look bad either.
Her hair on the other hand, seems flawless. It's very soft and silky to the touch, and is always kept long, since Noriko's very stubborn when it comes to hair cuts.

Strengths: Witty, cautious, tends to think outside the box.

Fighting Style Noriko isn't highly fond of the orthodox "close and personal" method of battle. If she were to get into a fight she would prefer to have a gun at her side(no guns on campus though!). Because of this fact, Noriko likes to avoid a fight if possible, although this doesn't make her a pacifist even in the slightest. In a real fight, she would be ready for anything, leaving defeat always as a possibility, but never as an option, always throwing forth her best.

History Information
History: Noriko's past is filled with many mysteries for her, but from what everyone can tell, one day, she was randomly born by an unknown mother and father into a very large company. Form many years, rather than getting sent to an orphanage, the company decided to raise her privately with top of the line necessities and education. All went well, until Noriko decided to run away.
This was mostly because of the fact she was never really given much "care" by any of the body guards and caretakers. Most of everyone just wanted her to make money in some way or another. There were also some "technical" difficulties involved in the run away plan that few can actually specify.It is only known that she has a health problem stemming from an unknown origin. Doctors planned on taking a look at the strange oddity, but right around that time was when Noriko decided to leave and start a new life.
Of course, an education was still an order, so she decided to enroll at a school. She made many nice friends, and even made memories that would last a lifetime. But depressing complications got in the way, so in order to keep her freedom, she transferred to PHS#259
