Hobbies: Singing and dancing are must-have's for Seinaru's daily curriculum. It may be worth mention that she's a member of the school's Choir club. Aside from this, Seinaru actively knits and sows. It just so happens that every article of clothing worn to school is hand made.
Talents: Isn't it interesting that every one of Seinaru's hobbies counts as a talent as well? I suppose there really isn't anything that needs to be put in this here, but since this section is being read anyway, I might as well throw in some fact or another, so here it is! Fun fact:Once played a role in the movie "Traversing Time" as the lead actress. However, the film was produced and gained the most popularity in Japan. An English version of the movie was never produced. I suppose you could add "acting" to the list of talents then.
Favorite things: Even though she likes to sow, Seinaru doesn't cling to material objects like most. Considering this, her favorite things would have to be her religion, theatric plays, and observing change in the world. (Wow, these choices must seem strange...)
Miscellaneous: Seinaru is a transfer student from Japan, and used to have trouble with english, but she's much better at it now. Seeing as japanese is still her preferred language however, she'll most often being speaking this language with people capable of understanding.
Mental Information
Personality: Seinaru is a gentle and kind young lady who looks for the positive in everything while staying aware of the more negative elements at play. She likes to play the role of the observer, but won't avoid getting involved with others if they're in need. While staying cheerful when possible, she is not afraid to be serious and make decisions as such. For some reason however, it feels as if Seinaru is a completely different person when she has a somber demeanor.
Mentality: Mentality will play as a joint section to personality here. Kokai has always been creative. A logical answer is needed for everything, but she tends to find less predictable ways to achieve such efficiency. On another note:If you treat her well, then she'll treat you the same. If you treat her badly, then she'll attempt to kill you with kindness anyway. Now let's not dig our graves early here, alright?
Ideal: For everyone to feign from judgement towards others and sing the song of righteousness. (Confused? Ask her about it.)

Physical Information
Build: Seinaru is averagely built in terms of strength and such, but possesses a brilliant physique. (For more info, refer to any picture of her!)
Defining Marks: Kokai's defining marks include her pale and soft skin, as well as her eyes that seem to possess two opposite colors.
Description: Seinaru possesses long, silky smooth white hair that reaches down to her knees. Her skin is pale and soft which in turn brings out the illuminating blue and red colors of her eyes. Regarding clothing, the usual is a black and white dress which was designed by her for the girls at church. This dress is accompanied by black leggings of some sort and a black bow that is placed on the back of her head.
History Information
History: The name "Kokai" translates to a number of things, but the most common meaning when affiliated with the family of meisters is to "sail across the sea". The family as we know them today is well known and loaded with monetary substances of all kinds and origins. However, the family got it's fame from the old story of the first Kokai. He was a peasant who dreamed of sailing the seven seas. Eventually he succeeded, and soon found out there were some very powerful men keeping tabs on his efforts. They were so amused by the peasant's endeavor, that they rewarded him with 7 different treasures for each of the seven seas conquered. Unfortunately, part of the story has been lost to the ages, and nobody knows what those treasures were except for those filled with the blood of the hero himself. This story has been passed down through generation upon generation.
Fast forward to the present day. You'll have plenty of time to learn of the other flavorful family members, but for the bio's sake, we will solely focus on the newest member to the family: Seinaru Kokai. She was an eighth grader now going on freshman. Seinaru was very book-smart, although it still wouldn't be wise to overestimate her abilities too much. Aside from that, she scored exceptionally high on her IQ test taken in Shibuya, Japan.
Seinaru's father: Orochi Kokai, has recently been offered a much better location for his company in Los Angeles, California over in the U.S. It was then decided that the family would move. Seinaru's mother: Kikyo Kokai on the other hand, wanted to stay near family in Japan, so Orochi left with his only daughter(with consent of course) to the U.S. Seinaru was to attend PHS#259 for convenience reasons. However, this presented a problem: Seinaru could not speak English. Orochi quickly fixed the problem by hiring a translator named Jerry Tibers to follow Seinaru around the school so that others could understand her. However, this was only a temporary setup. Since then, she's been studying english excessively, and only a year and a half later, she's now seasoned in the basics of it.
Soon following her transfer to cable academy, Seinaru became free of Jerry's supervision. He still comes around, but without a job to keep him obligated, he doesn't have much of a reason.
As far as the records go, there hasn't been any strange or tragic events that have occurred during Seinaru's lifetime.
