Alice quickly turned a corner and halted as she heard Vincent's loud voice ring out. Ah, so he was going to play her game like that, was he? Well, the tables had turned, and two could play at it. She had to commend him for being clever, but how much could she really give him credit for? She knew that in the end, he was just being lazy. She listened to the teachers words and suppressed the urge to made sound of her amusement. As soon as she heard Vincent going on his way, leaving the hall that the teacher caught him in, the blonde slipped out from her hiding place behind the corner and ventured out towards the teacher. There would be worry and trauma in her blue eyes, feigned of course, but she was a great actor. She would appear helpless and trembling slightly as she tried to gain the authority figure's attention. "Is h-he gone?" Alice asked in a timid and concerned tone, her voice breaking some, as if she were about to cry. "I-I was a little late for class... and he was there... a-and... chasing me..."

The teacher seemed to be believing what she implied. It would not be anything uncommon for a young man to make a move on a female student, after all... and that was exactly what Alice was trying to portray. In her years, she had become quite adept at acting. It seemed those phone-calls would be made, but not to stop her.

Another one would try to stop him, this time with the intention that had been meant for Alice. It seems she wanted to play along, but what story did she have? After all, the one that he made stopping her seemed more reasonable than him chasing her to attack her. Especially considering he was the first one to make the first move. Before the adult would explain what Alice had said to them. Vincent would return the explanation. She was skipping class, of course I was going to chase her! Say a Pilllar were to do the same thing, would you stop them? Don't you see that hole in her story? And the attention was then redirected. There was going to have to be a lot to be done, and he was rather good at lying. It was able to prevent him from actually doing things and still getting the benefits.

Only, Vincent was no Pillar. What right did he have to do such a thing? Alice's act was fairly convincing and good, and who would not pity an upset and sad cute girl who claimed she was attacked? Honestly. She was told to get to class, but oddly enough, was sent with no escort to ensure such a thing. Deciding to do what she was told for once, Alice began making her way to her classroom, but ever so slowly. She put on a wary act, though in reality, was keeping her eyes peeled for Vincent, who would likely be in her path to the classroom, well on the other side of school. She would catch sight of his figure in the hall, her azure gaze casually set on him as she approached, hands in her white skirt's pockets. "This game you set up is going to get boring quickly~"

Should you be in the class by now? Or the principal's office? He would ask, returning the smirk that she had given him. It was all fair since no rules had been set, if there were, one of them would probably be to not hit him where it hurts the most. It certainly does not hurt to gain a good rep and what better way to do it than reporting a skipping student? It was too perfect, she was able to convince them but just barely. In the end, he would finally reply to her comment. It certainly beats chasing ditzy little blondes across the hallways as if hunting them for sport.

"Tapping out, I see~" Alice chuckled, crossing her arms as she passed him, before pausing in her tracks. "You can't win the basic 'fight' physically, so you grab help. Not that it isn't a bad tactic, but it does prove you're quite helpless in the end," the blonde said with a grin, disregarding his questions and statements. She turned to glance over her shoulder at him, her sky blue eyes narrowed, but the whites of her teeth still showing in that characteristic smirk. "I wouldn't deny it if I were you. If you keep going on like this, you're not going to get anywhere near your goal. I'd kiss that notion of becoming 'school captain' goodbye~" she concluded, gently putting her hands up slightly in a carefree shrug. In the end, becoming captain required a one on one fight, a physical one, with no help in a place where cleverness in using words was useless. Alice began walking on again in a steady and graceful manner, ready to go ahead and go to class. She would be surprised if he had anything decent to come back at her with... he could try, but would she listen? Probably not.

You seem just as helpless without the default anatomy I see. Without it, you would be lucky to digest. If anything, you seemed to have use an unfair advantage as well. Can't say I tap out when I just simply went to get revenge, and now look at you,trying to redirect it back at me. Well, this was Alice being talked to. How exactly was it a good idea to try to explain it? With that much pride, she might as well claim that terrorists are not a real thing, and that maybe Harambe was still alive. Well, in the end, I came here to have fun. Holding up those words serve you no purpose, and as it is. Takes one moment to look around the school, smiling. I seem to have much fun. And you, well, you're you. Tell yourself what you want, but you can't complain when I simply didn't play your game. Since when did captains have to obey fellow students anyways?

An unfair advantage? Did he really just say that? Since when in a fight did one not use every advantage they had? He was really going low to blame his apparent loss on something like that, and the instant the words left his mouth, the blonde gave a sincerely amused laugh. Seeing as she could sense no clear point from him, other than defending himself against her words and at least attempting to fire some pathetic shots back, Alice began walking again, throwing up one of her hands in a casual wave as she did not bother to look back. The last words to escape from him reminded her of something she might have said in the past, and most likely, she had. Honestly, she found his ambition familiar, but at the same time, he had still lost a basic fight and was making excuses simply because it did not go his way. At the very least, that was what the blonde perceived.

"See you after class, kid~" Alice replied in a chipper manner, still moving ahead to class, not looking back, and not about to entertain his 'childish chatter', even if such a notion was universally denied. Had he some good points, or actually felt like finishing what they had started, she might just reconsider her present opinions. Was that likely? No, she did not count on it.

Adios, you should probably get to class. With that, he would walk away from her, flicking both his pointer and middle finger to the side to wave her goodbye very briefly. There was no grudge or anything, his smile indicating that. However, despite saying that Alice should probably get to class, he himself would not be doing that. How typical of him, but at this point, who was going to try to stop him? It was not like he could get in much more trouble at this point. Trouble being heavily stretched in that use. With that, he would walk away from the scene, probably going to live as if he had not gone through that.
