Mental Information
Personality: Suguri is similar in personality to that of a business woman when put to work, but when off the scene, she can resume to act as the child she is. While being playful and friendly overall, she still retains a certain level of intelligent etiquette. Sugi isn't exactly what you could call a "social butterfly", since she does tend to be hesitant in showing affection toward those not affiliated by blood. Even so, she won't keep from interacting with others in general, but to be clear: Sugi has zero tolerance for those without manners. This is somewhat hypocritical, since she seems to lack just that on some occasions. As professional as she tries to be, natural emotions are bound to cloud her judgement in many situations, so this causes Sugi to come off as a sort of rash person.

History Information
History: In a monochrome-esque room, there sits a long office table. Hitsugi can be seen sitting at the south end of it as a young man with light grey hair and a name tag that reads "Okami Kiba" sat to the north. In front of him lays a notebook and pen, with a bobble head of Sailor Moon to the right of his elbow.(It doesn't matter which one.) The click of the pen reverberated across the room. "I assume you know what this is about?" The young man asked Hitsugi. "Do you ask everyone who walks in here that question?" She asked, not really expecting an answer. "But yeah. I was told you would be interviewing me for my #259 bio. Ask away." Kiba smiled before giving his trusty pen another click. "I like to have my clients ask and answer their own questions. This session is for the history portion of the bio, so you should probably just start from the beginning." Hokori nodded before giving a single sigh.
"You're familiar with the Kokai family right?"
"Of course."
"The Hitsugi and Kokai families go way back to the tale of the first Kokai supposedly. The first Hitsugi was a rich business man who gave the first Kokai a special artifact lost to history...or so they say. Naturally, the monarch decided to keep an eye on this sailor to see what the man would do with this relic. The rest of the details are a bit fuzzy, but I guess the two families stayed in contact all the way to the day and age we live in."
"So what does this have to do with your personal history?"
"I thought you said I was to ask and answer my own questions?" Hitsugi would open a small suitcase and pull from it a single sucker before taking a lick.
"But never mind that. Continuing with our story, Mr.Kokai passed the artifact down a few generations along with a will of sorts. We now skip to the modern era."
"What does the will inscribe?"
"Classified. So as I was saying, we now meet the new head of the Kokai family: Azura Kokai. He was an ambitious man, and favored the will's wishes to the fullest. He met with a famous scientist we'll dub for now as Mr.Miozawa, who at the time did not have a son. Azura wished to insert the mentioned artifact into a human girl whom was being secretly experimented on in multiple labs. The result was most peculiar. But we'll get into that on another day."
"Whoa whoa, hold up. Didn't each artifact go to a specified generation in the Kokai family?"
"All but one, for unknown reasons. Anyway, you have no reason to worry about the girl, as she died soon after the experiment of natural causes. Now that you know the history behind the two families, I can explain the reasoning behind my coming to #259."
"Wait, it says here you're 14 years of age. Aren't you in middle school?"
"Your awfully observant. Due to astounding scores, I was deemed to be a grade higher than that of my peers. I was thus sent to 9th grade early. And besides, I don't know of any PMS containment centers."
Okami enters a pensive state as he comes to this realization. Meanwhile, the Sailor Moon bobble head bobbles.
"I was tasked with observing 4 subjects. The first is classified, but the others would be Seinaru Kokai, Jerry Tibers, and former Knight of 552 Shugo Yuy and possibly his brother granted he shows his face here."
"How would you know about those within #552? Records don't show any students by the name of Hitsugi."
"I was listed under a pseudo name at the time, but that's not important. I was there for a little while to observe some fights and gather etc info up until the school morphed into the district that crumbled in on itself."
"Could you explain your reasoning for observing the mentioned individuals?"
"Certainly. Although Jerry Tibers is not related by blood to the Hitsugi family, i'm actually his younger sister. Through the ties of my family and the Kokai's, Ms.Seinaru was provided with that exact translator for reasons which are classified. Ms.Seinaru is the newest generation of Kokai, and the modern head of the family Orochi has...well...plans. In case Jerry is not sufficient protection for the girl, then i'm to defend her in his stead. Shugo Yuy on the other hand...as you know, he was part of a super soldier project started some time ago. His particular phase was dubbed "Project Guardian". Although it has been said that his serum had been exhausted from every vein, there still is a chance he could regain his abilities in due time, making him a threat to Orochi's upcoming events."
A certain silence filled the room. Okami looked over the couple pages he filled with information before returning his gaze to Hokori.
"Is that it?"
"That's it.
"What about you?"
"I had an average life until now. There isn't any real highlights. I'm an entrepreneur who does jobs by the book while battling a multitude of health problems on the way."
"..."
"Now I have a question for you:Is that all?"
"...Yes it is."
Okami would get up from his seat and exit the room. Hokori remained in her seat for a moment before following Okami's actions in leaving the room.
