Lights would flicker(or go out entirely), doors would open and close on their own, and trays would collect food on their own. Hokori had received a call from a colleague about it, so off she went to investigate the recent happenings.[break][break]
The investigation was nothing exciting, as it mostly involved Hokori roaming the empty halls of 259. The mentioned oddities continued without any known cause. Suddenly however, a window in the distance shattered. Hokori sighed at the sound of it, as the source was from the residential area. "Just my luck..." Although she didn't plan on getting other students involved, the idea seems inevitable now, as more than a few students are likely to hear the shattering of the glass. Upon investigation, Hokori would come to discover a large rock sitting on the floor. This was no doubt the cause of the broken window before her.[break][break]
Hokori recalled an earlier conversation she had with Miozawa. "Why was I chosen to rectify the situation? Couldn't you just get another S.I.R.N agent to?" She asked with a slightly annoyed tone. "We chose you, because out of all of us, you're the one with the most knowledge in the field of Qi. As a matter of fact, with how the events are described in this report, it almost looks like you could pull it off." With those words in consideration, Hokori could come up with her first theory as to what might be the cause of the events mentioned, and the one before her. "It might be a Qi user, yet I somehow doubt we have any psychic students here of this level. It must be something else." [break][break]
At times like this, Hokori can't help but wonder:What are the administrators doing right now? In all honesty, she hoped nobody would show up, since right now it looked as if she was the one who broke the window.[break][break]
(NOTE:As implied, this thread is open to as many as we can get! The goal is to learn a little something about everyone who is participating, but there is a main goal to the thread as well. Expect it to be somewhat slow paced to allow for conversation, but there will also be a climax near the end where I might have staff GM some stuff. The assignment type is research as mentioned, and I already have it worked out for bonus...I think. Also, I know this first post was a little lack-luster, but I'm just not good at staring threads in general. This said, I'll try to craft up some more worthy posts when we get the thread going! ;3)
