Physical Appearance
Tall and imposing, Taerra certainly strikes an imposing figure, added to it are her verdant eyes and red tresses - typically messy curls, with braids, feathers, and sometimes straight - not to mention her presence, it's clear she holds herself very proudly, but there's a lot of power within her.

Typically, the red-head dresses in dark colours, and while she hates being dirty, there are benefits to masking oneself and dirtying up ones skin a bit before venturing out. Her body is trim and toned, highly athletic from years of being on the street and stealing what they needed to keep healthy and alive. She's smokin' and she knows it, and even though she has a distinctly magnetic quality to herself, she doesn't tend to lord it over other females, or males.

Surviving
She and Teague have been living on the streets since they were very young, and as such they have become quite adept at reading people and crowds, getting in and out on light feet.

Leading
With that survival comes a sort of amassing of either homeless or other orphan/missing people and/or children (miscreants, thieves, etc) and a strong persona to lead them all. She may rule with a somewhat iron fist by way of remaining hidden and not having their home compromised.

History

Taerra and her twin, Teague, have not had an easy life. Given up as orphans when their parents could no longer care for them, they were put through the system at a young age. Things seemed okay, and they were even adopted..!

Until both went missing.

The streets of LA became home to the two children, who used wit and will to survive. They trusted one another, each following the other even when they thought they couldn't. Even when they fought (and did they fight), they still knew they had to trust one another with their lives. Eventually, they started to thrive - though not without plenty of mistakes - and the two turned to small thievery to survive to get necessities. Eventually they discovered abandoned tunnel systems underneath LA and soon set up shop, so to speak, creating a nest for themselves to survive winters and summers in comfort.

Years went by and they escalated to gangs, becoming LA's Nameless Underground, but developed their own code of honour. Taerra and Teague built a system and kept their crew in line, filling out and cleaning up more of the underground network, reinforcing and shipping things up to shape, even gaining access to water and some electricity. They had to jury-rig many things in their early years, back when they were quite young, but the two have been...surprisingly resourceful.

Personality

Taerra has been an independent person for the majority of her life. She comes across as curt and harsh, but, really, she's simply firm, in her mind. One isn't likely to sway her if she has a gut instinct about something. She has an animalistic quality to her, something predatory. Watchful. Patient. Ready to spring. And by God she will snap your neck if you cross her. Don't cross her, just don't even try.

At heart she's quite caring, in her own way, if possessive in some respects. She's been a leader far too long to ever not be one (even if it means leading just herself and her brother), and every decision she's made since she's been young was to ensure her survival--and eventually that she and her twin would thrive. She can be ruthless and cuthroat, but in the end she makes calls she believes will be for the best for herself, Teague, and her (their) group.

Passive

Eyes are reflective, with slightly elongated pupils. Spine is slightly more flexible than your typical human's. Canine teeth slightly lengthened. Nails are harder, the edges sharper with proper upkeep (scratching).

Active

Nails elongate to become weapons. Canine teeth elongate to become more pronounced. Eye slit becomes highly pronounced.

Abilities
Increased Agility

Including the inhuman ability to practically always land on her feet, this qi also grants the bearer increased speed and jumping ability. This also pops up passively, but not to as great an extent as when the qi is active.

Increased Senses

Smell, hearing, taste, touch, sight are all increased, along with her sixth sense. Sometimes the user can be overwhelmed with all the input, but, overall it lends itself more on the positive side than the negative. This also pops up passively, but not to as great an extent as when the qi is active.

Increased Reflexes/Reaction Time

With the increase in senses and agility comes the increase in reaction time. Just like with most animals, they rely keenly on instincts. This also pops up passively, but not to as great an extent as when the qi is active.

Enhanced Strength

While not as strong as someone with a strength enhancement qi, this aspect does allow the user to be stronger than your average human being.

Predatory Instinct

Something intrinsic to all felines is the urge to hunt prey... And the bearer of this qi is no different. This also pops up passively.
