Krane would stand up and move to his locker, shuffling around in it for a minute looking for his phone. Checking through it quickly he would find Melanie's number.
"Yeah, I do."
He'd put the phone back and move to grab a bottle of water from the firdge. He'd chug a bit before tossing it through the door to his room.
"We will be getting new Trainee's soon as well, so when we get back we may have to test them when they graduate to Adepts for more members to the Command Squad."

Melanie nodded as she headed to the door.
"I can handle new people. What I can't handle is people that think they know everything. So long as no one steps on my toes, they'll keep theirs."
Melanie looked back and smiled at Krane.
"I'll get things prepared on my end. Text me when you're ready. Two or three days, right?"

Krane would keep her standards and words in mind about new people for the Command Squad. Though at her question for how long it would take.
"That sounds about right. One more thing though, I'm not that good with people outside of the Academy, so you can do the talking."

Melanie giggled as she thought about how terrible he was with people when they first met. Melanie had learned to deal with it, but he HAD changed a little. Others might not be able to NOT notice.
"That's fine with me. So long as I don't fit my whole foot in my mouth, I think we might survive."

Melanie burst into giggles and tried speaking as she did. It didnt work. Once she got control over hersekf, she started again.
"Oh Krane, you are hillarious. I can't actually got my foot in my mouth. It's an exptession. It neans, I'll try not to embarrass myself."
Melanie giggles again.
"You really are the best, Krane"
She said as she gently touched his arm.
