David stuck his hands in his pockets and walked to the side. He'd keep walking until he reached a tree, turning and leaning against it to view all the newcomers to the scene, as they hungrily shuffled into line. He'd not look at Allen, wanting to make it clear the boy, once off the bus, would be no favorite of his. He would get treated like every other. A blonde stepped off as well, along with a few other stragglers. He let out a hum. More busses would arrive in the coming weeks.
He'd be out there to see them as often as he could.
The Dragon's were something of a myth among the student body. Leon and David didn't really ramp that shit up or bring it up unless asked. That was the point. To always be a force ready for division, attack, defense. An elite group. He wondered to himself if any of these new boys and girls would reach their level, or beyond. He gave the smallest of smiles, letting Leon take over as he would turn and make his way back toward the Academy.
"So it begins."

Allen followed orders promptly, and without hesitation moved to the front of the "Military" line, eyes locked on Sudeki's. He fully intended to break the molds these people had, and see that his name was etched in this Academy's history, the same way the Lightnin Dragon was.
Shouldering his bag, he waited for the others.

Rhona watched around someone left and she watched him go as the bus load funneling into lines. She did not jump to the chance to make the choice. It was a thought she hadn't thought deeply enough about. Without making a choice she decided to raise her hand before speaking, come to question why the separation.
"Does it make a difference in the years to come?" Her intentions might not look good in the military, In some ways, she wanted to get stronger for her own intentions. Then again if she was not going to get the most of what Cabal has to offer then it was a dilemma. She wanted to ask now before it would define the rest of her school life.

Leon would smile looking to the one with the question. It was a good question.
"Yes. Civilians will train and pass an aptitude test. Graduating and being shipped back home. Military will live here, going on missions, taking classes, becoming members of a squad. They will begin a long journey into mastering their abilities and serving all the people of this and our neighboring territories."

Mask on, she stepped off the bus and ignored the others, the blood, everything. She'd step into the "military" line and wait.

"Then I suppose there is hardly a choice to make if that is all..." She said with a small grin. Frankly, there was a good amount of Mischief in Rhona during these years. While still humble she often did well to put herself out there with out giving a second thought to what she wanted to say. More goal oriented and than adventurous, once past milestones and challenges, she enjoyed viewing the new open world only to be anxious for the next one.
Arms Folded she stepped into the Militant line as well leaning to one hip as she stood. Yes, making the most out of what Cabal had to offer would be her choice. She waited to hear more from their new superior.

The lines seemed to fill quicker with that explanation out of the way. Some even switching between lines hopefully making a more informed choice. Sure enough the Military line was longer.
"Alright we will go ahead and get inside, I'll show you some of the places you will need while here, then get you to your rooms to settle in."
With that Leon would lead the adventure up the small trail to the building. They would see quite a few trainees studying in groups of two and four on using their abilities and the verious effects they could accomplish. Though to them it would probably look like a bunch of one on one and two on two fighting.
"Welcome to the training grounds. Every area outside of the buildings themselves are where you can test your abilities with or against fellow students. From time to time an Adept, or a higher ranking member of the Cabal Military will be here. Show respect and learn as much as you can from them. Almost everyone here has been in your shoes before."
Leo would be walking backwards for most of that and stop at the steps into the building.
"Even the civilians will be involved in these training grounds. Conflict promotes growth. With growth you will master your abilities on your own after graduating."
Leading them into the building it would span quite a big commons and reception area.
"Here you can check in with the staff for any missions, check the assignments board for things to do, and are free from the chaos of the training grounds. Civilians go left, Military go right. Your names will be on the doors to your rooms. Get comfy, move in. Get to know each other, it's highly likely by the Adept assessment test you could be in the same squad."
With that he would wave for them to leave.
