[Leon]

Leon Sudeki. Legendary Lightning Dragon of Cabals Dragon Squad sat picking his nose as the new trainee bus stop. A new batch of Trainee's were on the way to be let off into this open field just within the walls of the campus. Cabal Academy's powers course was about to begin and contrary to appearance, Leon was excited. He wondered what kind of abilities he would see and what kind of people signed up for Military Service. As well the people that would be returning to civilian life after getting a handle on their abilities better. He wondered how far they would go, how strong they would get, and if they all had what it takes.

Standing up he'd kick his chair over with a bit of a grunt, being excited in anticipation for the unknown. It was easier when he was waiting to be deployed from an airship or on a ground mission into enemy territory. Getting excited about this he had a lot of unspent energy.

[David B.]

"Leon."

David walk approaching at an easy mosey from the front gate, hands in his pockets. Sudeki was always over eager. Sometimes rash. But one would be foolish to think of him as stupid. David, who considered Leon like a brother he fought with whenever the fancy suited them, would give a small smirk at the chair and the display. Leon was as ready to see these new bodies as David was. He was just a little more....outright with it.

"Do try to contain yourself."

He would step up next to where the blonde had been sitting and look down the road, waiting for the bus.

[Leon]

"I'd much rather contain my foot in your ass."

More or less a regular greeting from the man who was supposed to be the trainer and teacher for Ability Theory. Though he was regularly more philosophical in nature, right now he really wanted some action and his language got a bit vulgar when in that state.

"Whatcha' think? Say about fifty-fifty military trainee's and civilians?"

[David B.]

David cocked a brow, turning his eyes to slowly stare at Leon.

"Come try, I'll happily slap the energy you're chewing on straight out your mouth."

He would fold his arms and turn to face Leon fully, thinking to himself a moment. While most times the students were a commingling, David felt pretty damn good about this batch. He'd give a little grin.

"I say ninty/Ten for the military. We're in for a volatile batch this year."

[Leon]

Leon's energy would pulsate off his body making some of his clothes flout about some. He really wanted to expand the energy, but didn't know if he should waste it here without any trainees to see it.

"Oh? That'd be a good boost to our recruit numbers. Some fresh competition for the dquads."

[David B.]

David brought his eyes back to Leon, a slow smile coming to his face at seeing the energy pulse around Leon. The Lightning Dragon would notice some purple sparks start to pop around David as the wind would ripple through his clothes. He'd give a nod at what Sudeki said but kept himself focused on the Dragon's hands.

"Yes, it will. Perhaps Asiv's unspoken plans for expansion will come to fruition a little sooner with this batch."

He brought his hands down to his sides, still watching Leon.

"If you're feeling froggy, Leon, then leap."

Speaking of course to this battle lust he felt. David was never one to back down, and if the students needed to arrive to a pitched battle, so be it.

[Leon]

"I would, David. Our trainees wouldn't learn anything if they miss it."

Leon's smile would say otherwise as his energy erupted around him. Encasing his body in lightning armor. Launching himself at David laughing wildly as he threw a three count right, left, right punch combo for Davids face.

David finally let his energy run rampant, his wind roaring around him as Leon leapt forward. He would throw a sharp left overhand, using his right to redirect Leon's hand down. His intent to be to hit Leon right in the fuckin' jaw and scramble the lightning Dragons brain. Even so, he'd absorb the left to his cheekbone, electricity shooting down his body, forcing his teeth together in pain. The usual pain- one he was familiar with, fighting Sudeki.

Assuming his own punch hit, he'd throw a left snap kick for Leon's chest, intent to send him backward. His leg, not being a normal kick, would snap out and back quickly thus putting some wiggle room between him and the Power Theory Teacher.

The blow would rock Leon some, giving David's next attack enough time to land true, pushing the Lightning Dragon back.

"Oh yeah!"

Excitedly Leon would stop holding back, activating his Seikatsugan, his eye would turn black and the eye its self would turn gold. Odd black markings appearing around his right eye as he looked to David getting a read on the guy with a smirk before swinging wide with his left fist, out of range of David a large arc of lightning whipping off his arm before he darted in kicking sand up at David as he would step in with his right foot punching through the sand aiming for his mid section.

The intent to bend him over even a bit. Twisting to David's right side, so they were side by side, aiming to bring his left elbow down on the back of David's head. All of course if the sneak attack worked.

Leons Eye's change to a mystical appearance allowing him to use his Eye abilities. +4 Per, +4 Eng. Lasts 4 posts.

Ability 2: Sight of Life
As long as Seikatsugan is Active he can see the life force of a person. Their over all stats. (All stats added together without items.) And a person's Qi. Able to track someone's life force even through objects.

Ability 3: Lightning Armor
Leon generates Lightning over his body like armor adding 1/2 his eng to his Def. Lasts 4 posts. 2/4

Ability 4: Lightning Strike
Leon can pump lightning into his arms and legs making himself faster and stronger. This Lightning arcs off his strikes like a whip. +1/4 Eng to Atk and Spd.

"That's better."

David jumped and, with a peal of laughter, would seem to step on the air, dancing about ten feet into the sky up and over Leon (avoiding the Lightning) before twisting and falling to the ground. As he landed in a small patch of gravel near that sandy nook Leon was in, several rocks would explode upward from the impact, David's arms in an X across his chest and face as his knees were bent. Those stones would hang for half a second before David would throw his arms out in claws, hurling those stones at the lightning Dragon, intent to pepper Leon with several incredibly dangerous projectiles. (Rocks attack and speed = 47)

OOC:

Feet: Storm Dragon shoes - For up to a maximum of 4 times per thread, David can run on the air for up to his energy in feet, 1 energy = 1 foot. Example: David has 25 energy. He can run for up to 25 feet.

Qi:

Song of Storms - Using his Qi, David is able to have some control over the air and it’s effects on himself as well as others.

PASSIVE EFFECTS:

- David can feel small shifts in the wind such as movement, breathing, etc. This doesn't help him in fighting as it takes away from his focus on combat, and it takes energy to use. He only uses it outside of battle.

- He can also move the wind in small, powerful ways both in and out of battle. IE: Cause air to whip around his body to give a startling, scare-tactic effect. Or, say someone is off-balance in battle. He can thrust a hand in the face and blow them off balance (think the force thrust that Darth Maul did to Obi-wan.) These aren't terribly powerful, just more for effect and as a possible deterrent from fighting him.

- David can create lightning around his body when displaying his power by forcing the wind together at high speeds. Anyone who touches him gets an electrical shock on par with his energy.

Ability 4: Oddball Bullet - David can lift or catch things of the size of a baseball and fire them at his opponents with ATK and SPD equal to his energy. useable 4 times per thread.

Leon sees total stats: Power Level 200.

The attack Leon planned on had been avoided as David took to the skies to move around the battle field how he wanted. Leon tracked him easily enough with his Seikatsugan, but when he read the whole plan of the Qi being used, best he could do was defend himself, he didn't like that plan though. So he ran directly into the storm of rocks, lashing out with the whip like lightning to demolish the rocks if he could or at least move them away from him, taking a few to certain parts of his body, he began laughing as he would break through the rock barrage throwing a wide arcing left hook for David's head.

David sucked a collection of rocks up into his fist, forcing them together into something the size of a soft ball. As Leon threw his punch David would stand straight and throw his left hand (the one with the rock ball) forward, wind exploding off his elbow like a jet to give it extra speed, pushing it for Leon's face intent to smash the lightning Dragon in the cranium with it. If it made impact, it would then explode outward like a shotgun against his face.

David would absorb Leon's punch, whether his own attack made contact or not, his body jerking to the side, a cut opening on his bottom lip to leak down and drip off his chin. His jaw clenched as pain wracked him from the electric shock...but hopefully his own attack did some damage too.

Either way....the bus would arrive, and David would stand straight.

"Ah...the trainee's have arrived."

Ability 3: Storm's Destruction Punch - Using wind at the back of his elbow like a jet, David can throw punches of serious speed and power. For 5 energy per use, David can gain boosts to his ATK and SPD each equal to half his energy. For example- say his energy is 20, the boost would be +10 ATK and +10 SPD.

Ability 4: Oddball Bullet - David can lift or catch things of the size of a baseball and fire them at his opponents with ATK and SPD equal to his energy. useable 4 times per thread.

Storm Dragon Strike Gloves  - Ability: For up to a maximum of 4 times per thread, David can add 1/2 of his energy to his attack for a single blow.

[Allen Hollows]

Allen's eyes tracked the fight, a small smile coming to his lips. Though a larger territory, more sophisticated, the people here still had a desire to fight. He leaned forward a little, however, as he saw one of the fighters was David. His gaze narrowed a little. His Godfather. Always so smug. So strong. He wasn't a bad man. Funny, kind. But just so...arrogant in his own fighting prowess. He was pleased to see the man fighting him was able to keep up, landing a sharp blow to David's face and causing him to bleed.

His smile widened.

This school was gonna be much funner than he thought.

Grabbing his bag, he'd stand with the others, making his way toward the front of the bus to disembark and meet two of the teachers he'd be working with on campus.

Her work out leggings snug against her body and her decently large and loose shirt tied off at the bottom she saw flashes and felt the energy rise in the air. Pulling at her ponytail she was standing as the bus came to a stop. Her hair grew with static feeling her own nerves creep up on her. She touched the metal railing and a loud pop erupted from contact. Which made her roll her eyes but otherwise would step off. The display of power was vibrant her eyes widened. She shifted her hips to one side and crossed her arms taking in their forms, speed, and the sheer amount of energy they are using. The feathered scars on her arms tingled with the static, she could not help but grin. Yeah, this was the place to be.

"Good Morning Cabal..." She smiled.

[Leon]

The shotgun would collide with his face and head full force. The rocks tearing at flesh causing him to bleed, but he otherwise remained smiling, as it simply bent his upper body in a hard core way before he got upright again ready to continue the melee, though when the bus pulled up and David spoke, Leon would stand up straight. Allowing his energy to fade, keeping the Seikatsugan going to inspect each student as they got off the bus.

"Alright Trainee's, off the bus!"

Said with a small clap of his hands. This wasn't really a military school, but Leon was military still, so it was difficult to get him to keep himself squared off with being chill and being in command.

"I want two lines. One line for those Trainee's who will return to civilian life after the initial graduation test, and a line of those who will be joining the Cabal Military!"

He probably looked kind of freaky with all the blood all over his face, dripping off his chin and covering his chest and shirt.
