Asiv would lead the way to the VIP trucks and load everyone into their trucks. They would know Asiv had control and was in command on this, but he would speak over their radio.
"Alright at this point we are the dignitaries for our territories, conduct yourself as such in either silence or diplomacy. Above all else nothing besides us reach the diplomats.
This will go in stages. Stage 1 is first contact meet and greet. We arrive at the train station and meet the diplomats and their soldiers. Stage 2 we take them to City Hall for the talks and after party. Stage 3 we drop them off in the designated building to use as a temporary embassy. Finally Stage 4 is the send off after final negotiations."
Asiv would load into the truck and look to the two most promising trainee's.
"Melanie you will be in charge, Blake Oleander you will act as her second. Let's roll out."
(You have one round to meet and set roles for yourselves. Following that we arrive at the train station.)

He'd give a small nod, his eyes shifting over to Melanie.
"I'll make sure everyone makes it out alive when the other teams fail."
She was included. She could handle the small talk and that bullshit. He wasn't a diplomat, and he knew as much.

"Yes sir."
She look at Blake.
"Its not about making it back alive. It's about making sure nothin bad happens and controling the mood. I can handle the diplomats. You handle the soldiers. If we have any trouble, we'll handle it together. I'll take a platoon of 20 to the diplomats and have them escorted. You take the two platoons remaining and go with the soldiers."
She'd look out the window and set a form but pleasant look on her face. If she needed it, she had a damn near arsenal of biological weaponry at her disposal. Asiv knew this and trusted her gut.

His lips pressed together into a thin line but he held his tongue. She was a fool to believe the mood would trump coming out of this alive. Even for appearances having someone die on them would be far worse than things simply going poorly. But arguing such things was pointless. He wasn't here to chit-chat. And he was put under her, so he'd take the men she tossed at him and see that the job was done right. Then she could worry about the mood.

Pulling into the train station, Asiv would get out and start moving to the doors. He really wanted a cigarette, he should of smoked on the ride over here, but it couldn't;t be helped, the train would be arriving soon and if he smelled like smoke when they got here it would probably look bad. He'd put his hands in his pockets and begin to whistle to himself in a soft jazzy tune.
"Come to think of it, this would be the first train to arrive in this station in months."
The scream of the train letting exhaust escape it, the rumble of the earth as it moved towards the station. It was something to really think about. Asiv squinted though.
"Shouldn't it be slowing down?"

The train was almost to the station, but it didn't seem to be slowing. This isn't good... Melanie mumbled to herself. With that she dug in her satchel and pulled out her rose whip. I'll get on and see whats up. I definitely don't want ANYONE getting hurt on this mission. Naturally it would be me though...Melanie mumbled the last to herself before pulling it back and readying herself to be yanked and slammed into the side of the train. A smile slid over her lips as she formulated a plan. What if she could stop the train. Spiderman did it... Maybe with the help of the others, they'd be able too. She knew Asiv had hidden.... potential. I need your help. Asiv take this side. Blake. I need you to jump with me to the other side of the tracks. We need to stop the train. I don't know whats ahead or what will happen if they keep going... But I know it can't be good. Ready? It's gonna pull hard, so be prepared to have your shoulders dislocated. She laughed nervously. She was only kidding... kinda.

"You don't think we should check to make sure the pilot has been commandeered?"
It's what he'd have done, made sure they didn't have enemies on board taking over the train in the first place. But again, he wasn't placed in charge so he'd do as he was asked, his right arm exploding outward as his muscles and bones painfully twisted and grew giving him new strength to pull with. If it dislocated his shoulder, so be it.

Asiv took a deep breath, pulling out a bent cigarette and lighting it. Calmly taking a drag and watching silently. Melanie took an interesting approach. Much more brute strength of her than he was expecting, and then Blake wanting to analyze more before making a move... It felt like role reversal in a way, though Asiv knew very little about Blake other than his Qi and home territory. Asiv would launch forward and wave his arms in a circle before drawing them to himself, taking a wide stance as a visible spinning orb of air was in front of the train, connected by visible flowing air to Asiv's arms, which was dragging him along, but with everyone working together it would slow, not stop, but slow. Both Melanie and Blake would have joint stressed arms in every aspect from fingers and wrists to elbows and shoulders, though with Asiv's help they would avoid complete dislocation.

With the train not stopping and that plan a bust that meant further action was required. Fine, he'd not hesitate and stand around. He said he was going to make sure everyone stayed safe, he'd do just that.
"Secure the back of the train." He'd order to some of the other soldiers on board as he began to head off toward the engine and the front car. If there was a reason this train wasn't stopping he was assuming it would be there.
"I'm going to secure the engine."
Even if there was no hostile force at work, killing the engine will stop the train. His monstrous arm would roll as if preparing for a fight before he'd make his way down the line toward the front!

Melanie felt a sigh of relief threatening to emerge. She pushed it away. They still had work to do. The train had not stopped and Blake was hopping aboard. Asiv seemed to have his end covered. Was she supposed to be giving him orders as well? She wanted to sigh again, this time in aggravation. Blake was headed for the front. She would climb aboard and check for the passengers.
OK. I am gonna look for the passengers. I dunno what I'm gonna do with em but... Melanie let the sentence stick. She homed Blake would figure something out by then. Maybe she'd send them to a back car and break the ties. She could stop it that way... Maybe? With that refreshing thought in mind, Melanie would tug on the rope and clamber aboard. Luckily her hair was out of her face for this.

Blake Oleander would find no people on his way to the lead engine car, however a car before the engine he would fin a tall older gentleman standing with a cane as the vehicle rocked from motion. The man lifted his can and tipped his hat. "I am sorry to say I can not allow you to continue forward." Of course the inside of the train was rather luxurious and wide for multiple isles and people. It could fit about ten people standing shoulder to shoulder if the seats weren't in the way. The man would draw a blade from the cane sheath. He would make no motion to attack, as his job was simply to prevent access to the lead car. Melanie Ross would also find the back cars empty, save for one guy sitting in a seat, draped with a leg hanging off the arm into the aisle, and an arm up on the other arm rest. Seeing Melanie he would lazily stand and stretch his back. "Nothin' to see back here, ya?"

And there it was, his suspicions confirmed. The train was being taken over and a guard was in place to prevent interference. He could only assume do the nature of these talks, the Academy, and that he appeared to be dealing with a single guard that the well-dressed man was a freak. Much like himself. And a blade user, though they would see who danced with the steel better he supposed. "Understood." His tone came out through gritted teeth as his arm exploded outward, muscles bulging out and muscles knotting together as his bones cracked painfully. Metallic hairs sprouting up between scaled flesh as his nails elongated into claws. His monster arm reached for his own blade as he rushed for the man, drawing his blade for a horizontal slash for the man's midsection! His right arm morphs and cracks into a monstrous claw that adds 1/2 of his energy to his attack stats while the transformation is +4 Def while active

Melanie narrowed her eyes, gazing around the room swiftly before fixing them upon the guy. Explain yourself. Now, if you don't mind. It wasn't rude, just plain talk. Where are the men and women that are supposed to be on this train? Polite. Direct.

Blake Oleander would find the man ready enough, though surprised by the monstrous arm the slash went straight through obviously landing a hit and cleaving through the man like a red hot blade through air... Wait. The blade literally went through him as his midsection had become incorporeal. The man had ignored the swing entirely and thrust his blade out in an attempt to impale Blake through the monstrous shoulder! Attack: 29 Defense: 19 Speed: 27 Perception:16 Energy: 41 Melanie Ross would find her target less... cooperative. The guy picked his nose and turned to look out the window, closing his eyes. He was ignoring her.

The Magic Man wasn't the only one that was ignoring blades. Blake made no move to defend himself from the man's counter-attack, rather he followed through with his strike that went right through the man as he attempted to move through the man himself. If this man was a projection then he'd not be fooled into wasting his time. And if the man was able to make himself incorporeal then he suspected he'd be able to make it past all the same to make it to the engine car. He had his mission to think of. Monsterous Claw - His right arm morphs and cracks into a monstrous claw that adds 1/2 of his energy to his attack stats while the transformation is +4 Def while active
His eyes turn red with slits for pupils that allow him to see further into the electromagnetic spectrum up to and including heat and night vision. These keen eyes allow him to pick up on details he may otherwise miss +3 Perception
Tarnished Blade - Once per thread a landed blow with this blade will fester as it's dark energy continues to sear the wound dealing 3/4th of the attack's damage again for four consecutive posts.
Festering Damage 31 1/4
New Attack 42
New Defence 18
New Perception 14
