During the war Vindicta was a force that struck out at everything and everyone. No reservations, or obvious goals besides to be the strongest force of war to ever exist. Conqouring each protectorate and stationing generals to maintain land was their strategy. Their leader Alex Malice was just some street hoodlum when the war broke out. Riding out with his street gang looting and claiming safe haven after safe haven it became obvious they would survive. They were strong, they were better, they were the alpha of the enviornment. As this realization occured, the true war started for them.
Now they are almost entirely military, their entire government works off trial by combat. The victor of the fight is in the right. In the eyes of Alex, only combat can be the true decider in any situation. The religion of Vindicta is battle, being physically the best, most of Vindicta actually shuns the use of Qi; seeing it as a cheat, or waste of energy when if you are physically powerful enough you can push right through it.
Little else is known about the territory currently.
