This territory is small, and pledged allegiance to Territory 259. The culture is very old school, people work as architects, people fish, hunt, forage. They don't generally use technology, but are not prone to shy away from it. It's usefulness is required for certain tasks. The only odd part is it's standing military. Each member is expected to take up a title, these titles are based on mythology, and these titles are earned through combat and power. Children are often raised from very young ages to learn to fight, hone Qi abilities and take up the honorary position, the title of a God or mythological being.
The general leaders are a council of people who hold the titles, Zues, Poseidon, and Hades. The people of the territory have become prone to preying to the people holding the title for protection, safety, or aid in tasks, some do it for comfort, some really believe it to work.
