Mental Information

Personality: Shitty Dominick is easy-going and a bit of a goof. Rarely taking anything seriously, he has a habit of cracking jokes at the worst of times. Constantly looking for the next thrill, he's easy enough to get along with and enjoys any combination of fighting, drinking, and flirting. In fights he's stubborn to a fault, refusing to drop until he's physically unable. Despite his obvious love of debauchery, Dominick has a good heart and finds himself constantly looking out for and helping others. The few people Dominick can't stand are those who are willing to hurt others for their own enjoyment and those who he'd consider sheep. He's a staunch believer in freedom and often shirks responsibilities and authority if he finds it too boring or restricting.

History Information

History: Dominick's life growing up wasn't anything special. He grew up with his single mother in the city of Miami. His mom was an EMT who worked long hours, so he was often left on his own and quickly learned to take care of himself. A bit of a loner at first, he eventually met his two best friends for life Andre and Ty. After their first meeting they were inseparable and always had each others backs.

For Dominick trouble was second nature, and followed him like a shadow. Fights were constant, and in his hood, crime was a currency. Luckily he had his two bro's to back each other up. His mom wanting him to be safe, begged him to try out for sports. Not wanting her to be worried, he picked up Track and Field on a whim (Andre and Ty of course joining up too). It wasn't long before he was the official track star of the school, and was receiving scholarships out the ass from various colleges and universities. His life was pretty much set up for success -- until his first spark. It wasn't long until he was found and shipped off to Cabal Academy. This is where the story starts . . .

Bio-Electric Manipulation: Rex Inpulsa

Ability: Dominck can harness his own Bio-Electricity to produce various effects with the environment, himself and his opponents.

Strengths: Extremely versatile with lots of utility for unique applications in a fight to keep his opponents guessing.

Weaknesses: Not particularly powerful or offensive in its capabilities, as well as having no way to project his power without physical contact. His power can also be lessened or even stopped by materials that can insulate electricity. 

Abilities

#0 Synapse Burst: Dominick overloads his nervous system with electricity for a brief instant, speeding up his movements. (Increased speed stat by 1/2 his energy stat for a post)

#1 Static Cling: Dominick is able to produce a Van Der Waals effect with his power, allowing him to cling to walls like a spider.

#2 Electro-Sense: Dominick expands his Bio-Electric field outward in a sphere, allowing him to sense the movements and locations of any living thing that enters.

#3 Stun Gun: Dominick charges his Bio-Electricity into a strike before releasing it into his target, sending a shock of electricity through their body to disrupt their nervous system. (Dealing 125% his energy in damage)
