Personality: Drake Is the type of person who wants to be constantly active he loves a good friendly
compition from a simple race to a sparing match it doesnt matter to him. The only thing he doesnt
care for is when people cheat or if people act overly hostile towards him for little to no reason

Description: Drake has long red hair that goes down past his shoulders down to his mid back. He
often wears loose fitting clothes like tshirts and cargo pants to allow freedom of movement. In
the winter time though he normal sports a hoodie as well to keep warm.

History Information

History:Drake was born in a small town in the northwest on the border of district 259. He had a rather
simple life with little to nothing out of the ordinary. When he was around 17 He was struck by
a Bolt of lighting shocking him. Amazingly he wasn't hurt at all by this but instead it awoken his
Qi. It would take a couple years for him to realize what it was and for him to be taken to Cabel
acadamey where he is now.

Qi Name: Overcharge: Drakes Qi takes place as a static electiy that is running though his body

that he can control at will to shock things up close or give him small boosts in power.



Strengths: It can be used to shock things up close or in a more utility fasion charge electronics that

are touching him.



Weaknesses: his power is not endless and if he uses to much to quickly he will run out of power and need

to be shocked by some other source of electricty or wait to be able to use more again. That and water tends to

short circte him causing him to be unable to use his powers.



Zero Ability: Shocking grasp: Drake empowers his fists with electronic power allowing him to add

50% of his energy stat to his attacks for that round.



Ability #2: Charge: Drake charges his body allowing him to move faster for a short period of time gaing 50% of his energy as speed



Ability #3: Lightingbolt: Drake sends out a bolt of lightning in a line that deals 150% of his energy to the first target hit.



Ability #4: Static shock: Drake sends out small bolts of lightning around him shocking anything with in 10ft for 50% of

his energy.
