On the training board, David's name would appear.

There was a first time for all things, and the alert would be send out that a supervisor was looking for training partners. People to test themselves against him and for him to test himself against. New or old, weak or strong, all were welcome to join and take on the terror of the great war. They'd approach a totally open field, covered in grass. David was standing there in sweatpants and a purple T-shirt, sword at his hip and a smile on his face. He'd give everyone a chance to arrive, as the jeeps carrying them there would come but once. They'd have a very short period to join so-

"Welcome to Supervisor training. This is to test yourselves- to see how far you've come, and how far you have to go. All of you will team up against me, to try and bring me down. The barriers will of course be active, to prevent me from accidentally killing you or vice versa."

He'd put his hands behind his back, offering a little bow of his head.

"You may begin."

Job: It's time to get a group together and hash out our problems. Be they in the field or with each other personally, or smushed together to take on a common enemy.
Bonus: Fight each other, discuss problems, and grow together or apart.

Arianna stood to the side of the group, but not so far out as to seem unwilling. Her arms were lightly crossed and at her side remained the knife she'd had since the Great Wars. She wasn't going to be the one to make the first move, feeling more than a little rusty, all things considered.

[Bailey Oleander]

Bailey wasn't sure how she'd stack up compared to others, but she was willing to give this a shot and see what happened.  The small blonde was standing off to the side, wondering who else would show.  She'd flex her fingers, wondering what this battle would be like to fight David.  She could sense her partner nearby, a sixth sense that came with knowing Blake looked forward to challenges.  Their time on the field showed that much.

The air around Blake would shimmer, a hint of wings behind him that would barely glint in the light when she caught sight of him.

Zero Ability: Drawing on the surrounding energy, Bailey can now apply 1/4 of her energy level towards a target's chosen stat. (Blake, Speed + 5)

[Blake Oleander]

If there was one thing that Blake was down for it was fighting the Dragons. Every time he had gone up against them he'd grown stronger. Every time jumping closer and closer to their strength and power. It was only a matter of time until he overcame them, and that time very well could be now. Before he'd faced two Dragons at once. This time he would have allies against one Dragon. The odds were in his favor this time of making him bleed at the very least. He would show them to not underestimate his power.

The beast inside growled upon seeing the Dragon, his bloodlust rising as his blood began to pump. He didn't need a second invitation when the Dragon said that he was ready for them to begin Blake would spring into action, rushing forward for Blaze, unsheathing his blade as he went for a strike against him.

However, in an ability that David would have never seen before Blake would start to grow with each step as his arm did it's typical shifting and cracking as his right arm turned monstrous. By the time he reached David he would be roughly fifteen feet in height, his blade coming downward in a slash in a direction that he'd never attacked David with before. He hoped that between that and his synergy with Bailey he'd take him by surprise and get this fight started right.

By making David Bleed. His eyes would glow a crimson red as he stared down the Dragon, his bloodlust bursting in anticipation.

Monsterous Claw - His right arm morphs and cracks into a monstrous claw that adds 3/4 of his energy to his attack stats while the transformation is +8 Def while active

Monsterous size - Blake grows to be fifteen feet in height as the monster within is unleashed. The unleashing of the beast sends a surge of energy through Blake's body giving him an additional 5 Qi uses in that thread.

Monster vision lvl 2 - His eyes turn red with slits for pupils that allow him to see further into the electromagnetic spectrum up to and including heat and night vision. These keen eyes allow him to pick up on details he may otherwise miss +6 Perception (Free when used with another ability)

Rhona cracked her knuckles and stepped up in line ready to see what this might have in store.

As expected, Blake launched himself forward. David watched him come with lazy eyes, though behind them was some surprise. Blake was infinitely stronger. At least three or four times stronger than before. And he was growing in Qi power- his body increasing in size. Were David to take out time to say something, it might be "The bigger they are, the harder they fall." But he said nothing- Sliding his body right by shifting his left leg back and to the side.

His right hand, having been behind his back, would come out and an explosion of air blew outward as rocks that had floated to surround his hand would shoot in a shotgun style for Blakes midsection. The stones were probably the size of half dollars, but would be punishing- if they hit. The ground would split around them as Blakes blade was likely to hit the ground, causing him and David to stumble slightly. David would right himself quickly though, using the air to do so.

'Impressive.'

After firing, he'd dart back two or three steps. Four other stones would lift and fire at the four people watching!

Ability 4: Oddball Bullet - David can lift or catch things up to the size of a baseball and fire them at his opponents with ATK and SPD equal to his energy.

...it never ceased to amaze her, the abilities of this day and age. Even after twenty years...

Her eyes flickered to Blake, astonished at the abilities the gruff man held, but her eyes quickly fell back to David. As far as she was concerned he was the real threat in this session as he'd laid out the groundwork. So, that was perhaps the only thing that saved her from a more gruesome injury, as when she saw the rocks being lifted, she started to move...

Out of the damn way.

"Bailey move out of the way!"

The doctor was fast, but not entirely fast enough, as the rock still caught her side and spun her slightly. A hand pressed against the hurt, but between David and Blake...she wasn't keen on getting closer at the moment. Instead she would keep as aware as she was able.

[Bailey Oleander]

"You got it!" Bailey would raise one of her escrima sticks and try to duck out of the way!

Her main focus, however, was her partner. The power hitter. She wasn't sure what Rhona would do, and Arianna was someone she only knew through the infirmary. She wasn't sure how she could help them in this fight until they showed themselves.

Instead, the little blonde would supercharge her boost ability, stacking the increase on Blake!

[John Strike]

A man not far off, surrounded by a personal guard in uniforms not belonging to Cabal would also be watching. Escorted by said swordsman. The man seemed rather unassuming at a regular height of five nine. Military cut hair and uniform well kept, he stood rotating his right fist rather obviously as they watched in silence.

[Blake Oleander]

Blake stumbled as the relatively small blade missed David and hit the ground, splitting it. He'd rear upward with a snarl, his chest burning a moment before a massive beam of energy fired out of his body toward David and the oddball bullet attacks. Hopefully incinerating the attack and protecting himself (and the rest of the people gathered) and burning the fuck out of David!

He'd sheath the Katana which was now nearly a dagger and instead would draw the Magic Man's rapier, which would actually grow to be a proportionate size. He suspected David himself would either dodge or weather the blast. So he'd hope to stab downward with the rapier to pierce the Dragon this time.

Chest Canon - Blake's chest fires out a beam of concentrated energy at his opponent adding 125% of his energy stat to his attack for the blast. However, the attack deals 1/2 of his energy stat to himself.

Death Gaze (Blade) - +6 Speed Ignores 10% target's defense, Marks target upon a successful hit, up to three marks can be held at once. Each mark can be spent to cause a lightning bolt to fire from the sky at the target for 25 attack (can stack up to three)

Ring of Bountiful Energy +8 Energy - Once per thread after all calculations are finished Blake may add 8 to an energy attack.

Rhona decided to make her move this time before David was finished by Blake. Of course, right now she'd go ahead and use Blake this time After his most epic beam cannon she'd see him hunker down. With a mighty leap, She ran up his back and shoved over the shoulder of the fifteen-foot giant gathering all the momentum she can to create a glow throughout her body. Down his arm and down his rapier she ran aiming for David's pretty face with a fierce right hook.

David tried to dodge, and got most of his body out of the way. He was familiar with this one, since he'd seen it before he knew to move and move fast- but the blast was far beyond anything he'd ever seen from any student before. It smashed into his right shoulder, blowing the Storm Dragon backward to smash into the ground, earth kicking up around him as David's body was kept straight only by the power of his Qi. Like a cannonball plowing through the earth, he'd eventually slow, the supervisor coming to a single knee as his eyes would lift to look back in the direction of those he left, now about one hundred feet away. Blood leaked from his lip and from the scorched wound on his shoulder.

Blake had achieved his goal. The Dragon was bleeding.

"Well well...."

He'd expected trainee's, but this one's drive to become so powerful nobody could stand in the way had pushed him far beyond the level of those normally attending the school. Smoke began to lift from his wound as air healed it, his Heminn Megin healing his shoulder to good as new, healing his mouth as well. Standing, David cracked his neck, a grin coming to his lips that spoke of evil thoughts as air whipped around him with lightning lancing off his body. The Storm Dragon was awake. He'd burst forward, air pushing off his back as David would shoot in to punch Blake right in his midsection, intent to blow the young man backward in a similar fashion. Then he'd dart in to aim backhand at Rhona, who had tried to attack him from Blake's back.

Abilities:

David creates torrents of air and lightning to shoot around his body to intimidate others. Touching him in this state does 1/2 energy in damage.

Ability 2: Heminn Megin (Ability of Heaven) - By infusing his Qi with targets wounds, he transfuses the wounds onto himself, taking the full brunt of the damage. If one is about to die from the wounds and David heals them, he dies himself. Heminn Mugen may also be used on himself to completely heal wounds bu sucking air into them and searing them closed or knitting the flesh back together and accelerating the healing. May be used for up to 4 posts, cannot be used on broken bones or life threatening wounds.

Ability 3: Storm's Destruction Punch - Using wind at the back of his elbow like a jet, David can throw punches of serious speed and power. David can gain boosts to his ATK and SPD each equal to half his energy, or +8, whichever is smaller. For example- say his energy is 20, the boost would be +8 ATK and +8 SPD.(edited)

Ability 7: Sky Sight - +8 Perception for thread

Ability 11: Flash Step - David can utilize the wind at his back to increase his speed exponentially. Add energy to speed per post up to 1/2 energy in posts.

Ability 14: Hurricane Rush +10 Strength, +10 Speed for 1/2 energy in posts.

With the rocks obliterated by the energy blast, Bailey had less to worry about, but the shift in David's demeanor was noticeable at best. She could sense the men standing off to the side, but they offered no comment and no threat, so they weren't her focus. She didn't know what she could do against David on her own, but she knew she'd have to do something soon. She couldn't hide forever.

But for now, Blake was still their best bet, and he was her partner. They needed to push their luck while they could. Golden webbing seemed to flicker through the air, like a spiderweb hitting the light before vanishing again, wrapping first around her before fading and encasing Blake's torso and his core.

At this point there wasn't much for Arianna to do; unless she wanted to be collateral damage between the two that seemed to be titans, literally and figuratively.
