No place like Home (Bailey/Leon)

[Leon]

The monster would quickly pull back into its hole, a green gas spewing from the hole as it retracted. Coming out fully on the other side of the den circled a bit, but it's head stood near the top of the room. Distinctly the snake had no eyes, large fangs, and hard top scale. It had spines on multiple parts of it, supposedly due to anatomy courses at Cabal Blake would know it was to sense vibrations!

[Blake Oleander]

"It can sense our movement. I'm going to try and bait it to attack me. Shoot it."

Blake would move in, close enough for the Snake to lunge at him if it wanted.

[Leon]

The spines would shudder as Blake approached and it's head fidgeted to 'look' in his direction. It'd hiss, and it's head would lean back before it lunged! Thats when an arrow of light would strike it in the side of the head, blood splattering from the wound as it's trajectory was knocked off! Dirt would explode next to Blake, throwing him away from the point of impact! It's head would rise again, spewing more green grass into the ever smaller room it seemed!

[Blake Oleander]

Blake slammed his sword into the ground to keep from being knocked back before lunging at it again with his monster sword while it was staggered from its injury!

"Don't let up!"

The gas would be a problem, but a problem best solved by killing it quicker.

Monsterous Claw - His right arm morphs and cracks into a monstrous claw that adds 3/4 of his energy to his attack stats while the transformation is +8 Def while active - 0 posts to unlock

Attack 77

[Leon]

The sword would hit, but not cut very deep! It did push the creature tot he side as it rose in a screech before it lunged at Blake! Spd: 50, Dmg: 50

Dianna would loose a triple shot that scrapped the scales as well, but didn't redirect it this time!

[Blake Oleander]

Blake would drop his sword as the snake lunged at him. Grabbing for its mouth to hold it open, his feet sliding back from the force of the attack, pushing him back as his chest began to burn. With a howl of pain and rage, his chest exploded with energy for the Beast's open mouth as he unleashed his fury!

Chest Canon - Blake's chest fires out a beam of concentrated energy at his opponent adding 125% of his energy stat as his attack for the blast. However, the attack deals 1/2 of his energy stat to himself.

Attack: 94

[Leon]

Blake was capable of catching it by the jaws holding it open and blasting his energy beam into it catching the green gas a blaze as the creature incinerated from the inside out.

Dianna stood with arrows of light drawn back and ready though kind of stuck in place after seeing that.

"Amazing..."

[Blake Oleander]

Black let the beast go and would turn to face his partner. His chest seared and burned from his attack, though the flesh had already begun to knit itself back together as his body's regeneration kicked in.

"Was it just the one?"

He'd ask, ignoring her praise.

[Leon]

Dianna looked around for a second.

"I was only tracking the one."

Basically she didn't know if there were more.

"We could callapsed the tunnels to be sure."

[Blake Oleander]

"Gather the eggs. We will eat them tonight."

He'd say as he'd start to pull on the beast to drag it with him after retrieving his sword. It was their trophy, and possibly a meal as well.

"I can collapse it when we get out."

There had to be another one somewhere for there to be eggs. But that was fine if it gave them trouble he would end it too.

[Leon]

Dianna would sling the bow over her shoulders and collect the eggs, following Blake back out of the hole.

[Blake Oleander]

Once they were out of the hole with the eggs and snake in tow, he would fire another beam at the hole to collapse the tunnels under the ground.

That den is a smoldering pile of red embers.

[Blake Oleander]

Satisfied with his work he would lead Dianna back to their base camp!

[Leon]

Making it back to base camp he would find it quiet, a few huts having been built out of easy to use materials. Tree branches, rope, and cloth materials. A fire was started and make shift fencing barricades had been built around a small portion of land to redirect wild animals.
