Storm Dragon Sweater (+4 Def) - Ability: Rhona can use the air around her chest to stop and hold a single blow that is thrown at her without having to block with her hands. She doesn’t control when the block takes place- is done automatically to the first blow that makes it to her body. Maybe done up to a maximum of 4 times per thread.
-Reforging into a Necklace with the same stats and abilities.
Storm's Bolt (+3 Speed, +3 Defense): A short sword made of electricity, This blade can go toe to toe with any blade, allowing her to block/defend/attack as though it was a real sword. If the blade makes contact with a person, deals electric damage equal to her electricity.
Rhona has not worked enough with swords in the past. I feel she is close combat and melee oriented and much else is a bit out of her comfort zone and be placed on a back bar. While that be the case she is not against blades.
-maybe a shield of the like, might be interesting to go M.K. Kung Lao's hat meets Captain America. Electricity giving it some boomerang physics and incredibly sharp edges.
-or armguards with retractable knives.

Rhona's Storm Shield: +3 Speed, +3 Defense - A shield made of electricity, It's worn as a plain purple bracelet on the wrist, and when raising arm and clenching fist with blocking intent, a shield made of sizzling electricity forms. If it makes contact with a body part, electric damage equal to energy is taken by enemy.
