Allen stepped up to platform, his hands in the pockets of his jacket. Watching them, he thought back on what this moment meant to him now, versus where it was before. He'd come a long way in so short a time- most of it due to Eos and Einrik. The training they gave him and continued to give was transformative. It restructured entirely how he fought. How he thought about fighting. How he approached situations. That fear, so palpable, was gone now. To be replaced by some things Allen hadn't felt since his brother had put a hand on his shoulder, looked him in the eye and promised always to protect him.
Confidence, and courage.
"Thank you for meeting with me today. I will begin straight away."
He couldn't help but think back on his siblings. The pair of them had died in the quakes in territory 90. They were unable to recover the bodies but it's what the constable had told him. Seeing the wreckage of his home, he believed the man. He was the only one left of his blood line. The only one with the abilities to control the very fabric of the world around him. He knew even if they were alive they may not have the same powers as him but still, it gave him heart to think this was something shared by his family. Taking off his jacket, Allen set it off to the side, his bare chest exposed to the eyes of those behind the table. Snaking up and over his body were thin plots of earth and metal. His eyes closed, he waited. On the stage with him was a statue, made of stone as well. He'd take a deep breath and open his eyes.
"I am only in the beginning stages of developing my powers. I have control over earth and metal, currently. I can manipulate them atomically, into pretty much any form or figure. Once done-"
He placed a hand on the statue, and it's eyes opened. It stood up straight, turning to look at the people behind the table.
"-I can manipulate the figure to fight with me."
It drew the sword in it's scabbard and launched forward to slash at Allen, the young man stepping to the side to avoid it. The statue threw a punch and Allen caught it, the stone cracking on his skin as he used the stuff on his body to block the strike.
"I can use my powers to create armor. When combining stone and metal-"
Spikes of metal shot from out his hand to embed through the statues hand. Allen would smile and draw his own sword, cutting the statue in half and letting it fall.He stood straight. His powers were simple in it's control- they didn't really give him much in the away of enhancement yet, but he knew that would come later, as he grew stronger. He'd give a salute, then a bow before heading over to pick up his coat.
"Thank you for your consideration."
