Well that made her pause. After everything she'd gone through to get where she is now, throwing it away was pointless, and part of her still responded automatically to authority.

She definitely was thinking about that stone that he threw in the battlefield, or the wanton slaughter as he went for the flankers. She swallowed, knowing that 'next time' was going to be hell.

She paused for a second.
"Actually, yes. If you get to god territory anytime soon, can you let Loki's mother know his spirit is still alive? I'm not sure how she'll take it if his body made it to Mount Olympus as intended, but he did ask before we set of for the facility that she be known." She'd do it herself otherwise, and still intended to, but the likelihood of Mathew getting there first seemed pretty clear since she was headed in the other direction. If she had to take Loki away from what they'd been working on together, at least she could see about that for him.

She shuddered at the warning, something she already had worried about and vowed not to do. Any qi, if she could help it. The last thing she wanted was to unleash chaos on them, or find one of those drawn to her qi in that area, bring them to her.
"I won't," she said softly.
