Wandering the Halls for the First time. (Bloodline)

[Atrid]

Atrid is wandering around the halls and grounds for the first time since he went to the training fields and was subjected to the test. His fists clench and unclench his leather vest with a Mjolnir Serpent and Wolf patch on the back worn open with no shirt underneath it. He reaches into an inside pocket and grabs a smoke and lighter, lighting it he takes the first drag and reaches with the other hand into the other inside pocket he grabs his flask and takes a long swig with a grumble. "The hell was the point in that. Stupid test what did they need to ask what my damn Qi does?" He grumbles taking another swig. "A waist of my damn time is what that was." And another drag.

   He wanders out more his mind still reeling, what am I doing here I should never have been voluntold to come here. I don't even want to be here and never did. These thoughts keep running through his head more and more. That instructor and those ass hats who made him undergo this examination what the hell do they think they're doing.
"Who the hell do they think they are?!" He shouts his hands encased in lightning his flask on his hip now and cigarette in his mouth. "What the hell is so hard about, jab, jab, hook, cross, haymaker?" He grumbles with each word his fists move into the appropriate movement and action the last word accentuated with his fist into the wall.

[Leon]

"Let me guess."

Leon's form shimmers into existence not that far away. Looking at Atrid with his fist in the wall.

"You prefer the straight forward method. Looking ahead at the wall and smashing it. Knowing your obstacle and taking the simple path."

Leon mused. Not unlike quite a few youthful individuals from his past.

"Show me?"

Leon would spread his arms leaving his chest and face wide open.

[Atrid]

"What you're kidding right?" Atrid asks after his initial bout of confusion and being spooked fades.

"You want me to hit you?" He asks thoughtfully for a few moments before pulling his hand back from the wall the lightning fading from around his hands.

"What makes you think you'd know anything about what it is that Id prefer? That you even know me?" he asks swigging from his flask and taking another couple of drags from his cigarette.

"Listen you don't know me pal and you don't know why Im here fuck man I don't even want to be here. But I really don't think you want the pain that is coinciding with a strike from me and my QI." Atrid speaks again swigging from the flask his tone cocky and arrogant but born from years of claiming and proving he was the best of those around.

[Leon]

Leon's grin would get bigger as Atrid spoke, until it was a toothy smile. He would wait until he was sure he was done before speaking.

"Atrid Eirikson. Street fighter from Territory 4. Candidate for testing to become the new Thor."

Leon would shrug.

"I fought the Thor before you... You think you can do better?"

[Atrid]

Atrid now looks more than a little confused and dumbfounded.

"How...The...what the?" He stutters a bit. Atrids hands come up immediately in a defensive stance.

"There's no way in helheim you could know all of that about me." He growls his lips curling up into an aggressive smile. His eyes dart around the area as he thinks.

"I spent a lot of my time making sure no one could find me or know me and my crew." Now Atrid looks him in the eyes the lightning forming around his hands.

"Don't underestimate me, or my abilities, and I'm damned sure I can do better than the old Thor."

[Leon]

"No one hides from me."

Leon smiled, putting his hands down.

"If you don't hit me, I'm going to put you in the hospital. It will be easy, I'll only use one finger."

He'd make a flicking motion.

[Atrid]

Atrid laughs looking at the man in front of him trying to see if he's serious or not.

"You're out of your mind man. You want me who's not lost a fight to hit you? Me who's being looked at to take upon the mantle of Thor? Tell me how many shots to the head have you taken?" He asks simply lightning remaining around his hands.

"As far as hiding, I'm not hiding I just prefer anonymity. But perhaps I'll entertain this Notion of hitting you. If for no other reason than your threat." He snarls out the smile gone.

"Because No one gets away with threatening me!" He shouts and with that he swings at Leon.

[Leon]

The fist caves his cheek in, muscles in his face and neck convulsing and tightening in a familiar way. It had been some time since he felt that stinging sensation, but the smile never left his face, at which he would speak.

"Are you going to hit me yet?"

[Atrid]

Atrid growls at the remark cocking his fist back and taking another shot. He adds more force to the punch this time focusing on his qi to strengthen it as much as he can for the next blow.

Who does this guy think he is Atrid will think to himself as his fist moves through the air.

"Am I going to punch you yet? You act like I haven't already but if injury is what you seek, I'll be more than happy to oblige." He snarls.

[Leon]

The second shot turned his head as his face turned red. Turning back he would smile.

"Let me show you."

Leon would throw a palm thrust for Atrid's solar plexus and launch him into the near by wall, where he would likely go straight through and into the courtyard.

[Atrid]

In the blink of an eye Atrid is thrown backwards from the palm thrust his back slamming into the wall and him going through it tucking and rolling as he hits the ground with an audible oomph. He can't help but think who is this guy any how is he able to hit me like that me of all people.

"This is gonna be fun." He growls getting back to his feet and wiping the blood from a cut on his cheek that the wall had left when he went through.

"You're good Ill give you that but Im better." He shouts out with a laugh as he starts charging in at Leon again fists cocked and locked so to speak.

[Leon]

Leon would grin throwing a punch at the air between them as blue lightning erupted and arced off his fist like a whip aiming to smack Atrid in the chest again.

[Atrid]

That arc of blue was never seen before it hits Atrid full in the body throwing him back and causing him to do a backflil two or three times through the air before crashing back down hard to the earth again. The wind knocked out of him and his vision blurred he starts trying to gulp in lungs full of air.

What the helheim was that? He asks himself. How could he use my qi against me so? A saner man would stay down and for what it's worth he wanted to. But he is in line to be the next Thor he is better than this. Through sheer force of will and knowing he can't take another hit like that he gets up grimacing and he smirks yes he smirks.

"Is that.... All youve....got?" He asks through deep breaths.

"YOU'LL HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THAT TO BEAT ME, I AM GOING TO BE THE NEXT THOR DAMN IT!!!" He shouts before charging full speed at Leon and lunging out with a head butt as he shifts his qi to surround his head in lightning.

[Leon]

Leon would grin as he walked out the hole Atrids body made. However he would make a small sound of slight surprise as he saw Atrid getting back up. A rousing battle cry for himself as he psyched himself up to attack. The Lightning Dragon would smile wide as the guy assaulted. Leon would catch his head butt with his right palm his fingers gripping and digging into Atrids head while holding him suspended in the air.

"I am hardly trying. I have killed many hundreds of people by myself, I've fought God's, titans, qi beasts, ancient beings, mechanized automatons, cyborgs, dopplegangers, gangs, experimental super soldiers and lunatics. I am Leon Motherfuckin Sudeki. Lightning Dragon, Dragon God of Vengeance, and The Bold Lion of five five two."

For once Leon would boust about himself before leaning in a little bit, squeezing harder.

"Compared to the previous Thor, you don't even compare."

[Atrid]

A look of utter confusion crosses Atrids face as he's caught mid air by his head.

"How the Fu..." he trails off listening to Leon. When Leon finishes his long monologue Atrid pulls back a fist to make an attempt at a punch.

"A GOD YOU....YOU CANT...BE A GOD! I've never heard of a dragon God of vengeance." He growls out and as he goes to make the swing his head is squeezed and his will is crushed his arm dropping from the force of the squeeze.

"YOU CHEATED...DAMN....IT....TH...THA...THATS THE...ONLY EX...EXP...EXPLANATION....FOR...FOR THIS LOSS!" Atrid will growl out trying to sound tough but the weakness and exhaustion from the ass kicking clear in his voice. Not unconscious yet his stubbornness won't allow that he squirms trying to get out of Leons grasp.
