The apology took her by surprise enough that she blinked, her interest in the conversation about what was happening to what was actually happening. He just...Blake just apologized. She blinked a couple more times, expression softening.

He withdrew the blood. It was what he came for. He did not believe he could move it with ease, so he would leave it in the vault.

A small breath of relief came from Bailey to see the vials safe, knowing he wanted them. It was all but impossible to imagine Blake motivated by greed. He was dedicated to his people, through and through. She'd never once seen him waver from that.
She turned her focus to Virgil as well, curious what else they might find here.

"Agreed." Bailey shuddered a little at the description. The drug sounded intense, and more than enough to cause it's own form of sickness along with death.
