The morning after the battle, Preston would be at 260's prison dressed in his Cleric regalia to speak to their captive. He'd instructed that he be treated well, he owed him that much for his son's sacrifice. And he hoped that he might be able to reach him and convince him that helping them was in his best interest, and what his son would have wanted.

He'd be led down to the cells, where the one he sought was kept. He was in brown sweats and a brown shirt, the general wear for all prisoners at Ayatlan. He was seated in the center of the room, a green glowing chain around his neck. One was attached to each arm, limbs outstretched to the sides as the chains went into the wall. His feet were shackled to the floor, and he had two gaurds outside his room.
Even if he was told to be treated well, this was the best he was getting. The man attempted to help lead an invasion into their homeland. He was under lock and key.
One of the Guards stood straight.
"C-cleric! How can we help you?"

They promptly opened the door!
The glowing chain brightened slightly. One Guard spoke over his shoulder.
"The collar prevents Qi use and speech....would you like us to remove it, Cleric?"

The man did as asked, removing the chain and letting it fall to the floor. His eyes lifted, and Junction stared at Preston.
"Ah...the Cleric. Come to torture me?"

He kept his eyes on the floor.
"I am not sorry for going to war, Cleric. I am only sorry the battle was at the wrong place. I should have....been there, to reclaim my son and abandon this shit hole of a country."

"I assume you have your reasons for the war. As I am sure he had his reasons for being on the opposite side of it. I can say that I am truly sorry for your loss, it is not one that I can imagine. And I know my words must ring hollow, but I hope it will bring you some comfort to know that he died facing his death bravely and heroicly. He was given a proper burial with full honors. As someone like him deserves. And his memory is not one I will forget while I draw breath."
