Personality: Caelan is a gentle soul tempered by loss and pain.  A man wholly dedicated to his cause and willing to kill or die for it.  A man who sees the world as a place without rules, where the strong feel entitled to pick on the weak and trample all over everyone.  Where those in power subjugate those they deem weaker.  Turning people against each other with the fear of the "Other".  

His purpose in life is to protect the weak and downtrodden, to topple tyrants, and to use his strength to balance the world so that equality can be achieved for all men and women.

Description:

History Information

History: He was born before the great war, and even remembered how it was before the bombs dropped. Even if he was young.  He was always the big kid in his class, getting into fights and pushing people around.  It was easy, he was big and they were small.  He'd get in trouble, and they'd hit him and try to discipline him.  Lecturing him about how he was bigger so he needed to look after the smaller kids.  His parent's words fell on deaf ears.

It wasn't until the bombs dropped and things changed for the dramatically worse that his attitude changed.  There was suffering all around.  His and everyone else's.  They had trouble finding food, water, shelter, and safety.  Thugs roamed the land, and every day was a battle.  He got used to fighting.  It was a necessity.  But there was a promise of stability, of the old world.  The first of it's kind.  Territory 1 it was later dubbed, a walled city in the surrounding desert.  A hub of trade and prosperity.  For those that could afford it.

His family was not one of them.  They lived in one of the little shanty towns that dotted the desert.  Barely scraping by.  He did odd jobs to get by mostly.  Fixing bikes and cars.  Or whatever else someone needed that required some strength.  It was a hard life, but it was his.  Until it was taken from him.  The mayor of the town had unpaid gambling debts and when the bounty hunters came for him they didn't care who got in their way.  Their contract did not specify no collateral damage and so they did things the easy way.  Destroying his little town and everyone in it.  When he returned home from one of his jobs everything and everyone he knew and loved was gone.

It was easy enough to figure out what had happened.  Though who did it was a mystery.  And even then, if it wasn't them it would have been another group.  Such was the life of the wasteland.  He didn't want revenge.  He wanted things to be different.  For the world to be different, where this kind of thing didn't happen, and when it did it wasn't just another day.  And that is when he vowed to himself that he would be the one to make that difference.  To stand in the way of oppression and to defend the weak and the small.  He would be the warrior of the masses.

When needed the wearer gains a form of Valor, the vest expands into a full suit, increasing all of the wearers physical stats +25% for four posts. It also lowers damage taken from Qi attacks by -25%.Power Tattoo [ADD-ON]: This tattoo glows when needed adding +5 to a chosen stat. If there are any other Power Tattoo's in a thread they also activate. The Tattoos connect and add all bonuses to each other. (If one person activates it and gets +5 Atk, it activates someone else's tattoo, they choose +5 Spd, both get +5 Atk and +5 Spd.)



Hands:   Road King's Gloves: +12 Atk, +10 Eng

The Road Kings Gloves are able to create a path or destroy a path with a single punch. By punching Cael can interrupt the path of any one thing moving to another and change it's course. Cael can also punch and create a clear path to any destination, a giant astral fist made of pure concussive force blasts out from these punches that do 150% Cael's Energy stat in damage. These punches also travel for up to 150% Cael's energy stat in kilometers. Any abilities that only take effect if Cael attacks something can take effect with these punches. Ability may be used four times a thread.

Legs:  Troop Pants: +3 Def + 3 Eng  Troop Patch [ADD-ON]: +1 all stats
This patch has the number of your squad on it.


Feet:  ABSO Combat Boots (+1 to each stat) - These boots have mini jets on the bottom, allowing for flight for up to five posts. Clicking a switch at the heel of the boot turns the mini jets into turbo, allowing for a vast increase in speed according to the wearers power. Add energy to speed for five posts. A third slot has opened into the switch queue, and when used, the boots metal slides up to the knee, covering the knee cap. Joints and such are still moveable. Add energy to defense for thread. Must choose one option at start of thread. Increase is only based on base energy + item increases, not stacked. Non upgradeable.

Misc: Championship Belt +12 Eng Black Friday Rememberence Wrap (ADD ON): +5 Def
Once per thread you can call on an approved ability from anyone your character has ever encountered, except a QC.

Misc: Limiter Armband: -15 Atk

This self-limiter understands how powerful you are. You have to be careful not to kill by accident. When removed this limiter increases your Attack stat by +30 for however many posts it was worn. Royal Sigil Ring (ADD-ON) - The commemorative ring marks you as a participant in the first royal ceremony of Aurora. A historic event surely not to be matched easily in times to come. This grants you new RP status among NPC's and QC's. Once per thread you may rub the sigil its self and increase the output of any one ability from Qi or Item's by 1/4th, or +16. You may target someone else with this, or yourself.



Special: The Hitman's Egg - This egg must be equipped in the Special slot for Three Assignments or Events. The Hitman's Egg is blue except for precisely spaced red dots on it's two points and four points along it's side. It shakes violently from time to time.

Protector of Humanity


0 Level - (Inner Strength) Caelan can add 125% of his energy to his attack stat and 125% of his Perception to his Defense stat for one post.

Level 1 - (Killer Focus)  Cael adds 75% his Strength to his speed and 75% his speed to his strength (Both calculations are done before the buff is added to them from this ability)

Level 2 - (One Man Army) - When outnumbered Cael's defenses increase by an additional 25% for each opponent past the point where he becomes outnumbered. May only be used when outnumbered. Caps at 75% increase UP Cost 20

Level 3 - (Protector of the Small) Cael is able to project his aura out around him in a 20 foot radius.  Allies within this radius take 25% less damage from all sources.  May only be used when fighting with or protecting someone physically smaller than him.

Level 4 - (Inspired) When Cael Witnesses a woman engaged in combat he feels inspired and may either use one of his locked Qi abilities, gain +22 to a single stat, or +6 to all of his stats.  Lasts for 3 posts 

Level 5 - (Shouldering the Burden) Cael can take the full damage of an attack that would hit an ally within 20 feet of him rather than the intended target.


Bloodline:

1.) Cael is able to move any object by adding space or subtracting space from around him at the speed of his energy stat. Within 10 ft of himself. Objects could be anything from people, or projectiles

2.) Cael can open portals, small enough to fit one of his huge fists in. As well as an exit portal the same size anywhere in a 20ft space around him.


3.) Cael can cause a mass push, like a gravity well pushing people, debris, away at the force of 125% his energy stat. He can cause this Push in any location in a 20 ft radius around him.

4.) Mass Pull, Cael can pull people, objects, and Debris towards a specific spot in a 20ft radius around him at the force of 125% his energy doing crushing damage of the same amount.

5.) (Ultimate) Access to Territory X. A pocket dimension of Calls own creation and rule. Cael is God of Territory X. Visitors must be willing to go and can only go there and leave with Cael

Misc


Bladed Knuckles - Caelan's heart reaches the heart of others easily. There fore the blade of his heart is made up of the energy an ally is lacking. Bladed Knuckles give +18 to whatever stat is Target Allies lowest stat. Can be used on himself if there are no allies. Costs one UP to activate for the thread.


Not the Beeeees! - If Cael, Lann or Faye hi-five at any time during a fight or battle, they all get a +3 bonus to attack. May only happen once per thread.

Squad 8 Can now work together wordlessly, capable of knowing the plan through seemingly telepathic communication.

When sparring or fighting members of the same squad you can +1 extra exp.
