He turns and sprints for her, looking to stab Rose right in the chest!

Rose stands still as he comes rushing back. Despite what it really was, she felt a sense of relief as he came closer and closer, smiling at him.
Even when he stabs her in the chest.
She coughs out blood, dropping forward onto him. If he doesn't really catch her, she'd drop to the floor afterwards, still smiling and coughing.
"I'm...so happy you came...back..."
