Personality:
Katsu is used to being "alone", in a manner of speaking. Having moved on from territory to territory, he hasn't made many friends or enemies that he's managed to keep in touch with, though this doesn't mean he's a particularly cold individual. Instead, he just initially has difficulty connecting with people.

In the end, Katsu has only ever had one real goal: to become the world's greatest swordsman. Not for power, not for glory, but to accomplish it for himself, and prove that the impossible is possible.

Katsu, after facing his inner self, has become somewhat more open with his doubts, willing to share with others.

History:
Originally, Katsu was born in Territory 63, though to be fair, where he was from would not be where he hails from now. From the time he could walk, he desired to wander, to travel, to see how different the land was from what he knew. A life of hardship due to a lack of water had taught Katsu to fight for what he needed to survive, and while his parents were nurturing enough to help him, he still struggled.

However, Katsu would quickly become a prodigy with the sword, most particularly the katana, and for his sixteenth birthday, would gift him with a particularly well made blade, crafted by the finest smith he could afford. Unfortunately, this would also be the year that he would meet Qi Yanmei, a Qi Sprite. The two swiftly became fast friends, but this very relationship would sour the territory's opinion of the young man. Believing him to have manifested his own Qi, Katsu was swiftly banished from 63's borders, never to return on punishment of death.

Ever since, Katsu has wandered from territory to territory, his only permanent companion being Yanmei.

Soon, Katsu made his way to Cabal, being one of the many in attendance when the Ark was sent hurtling through space and time. Now, he finds himself in a new land, unable to leave the city's borders, something his wandering soul is hard pressed to adapt to.

Katsu's style, unsurprisingly, involves using his sworsmanship to either disarm or wound his opponent. Oftentimes, this is to stop the fight before it ever truly starts. Using a combination of both speed and reach, given his aptitude for longer blades, Katsu will often try to keep his distance.

Qi Information:

Most participants can now, once a thread, Shift into their inner selves. This inner self has +10 in all stats for 4 posts (The inner self has the same personality it had when your character met them and must be played as such! For characters that died your inner self now has the lost trait that your character used to have!)

Battle Aura - The user is covered in a black flame like aura that enhances STR, and SPD by +8 each.

Binding Sphere - Katsu tosses a sphere of dark energy, dealing his energy +16 in damage and slowing the target by 5

Leon, The Lightning Strike

Leon can give Katsu the ability to fight beyond his limits, pushing through almost any injury, stat debuff's, or ailments. This gives Katsu 5 posts of full power combat no matter what before succumbing to effects.

If Katsu is fighting insurmountable odds. Outnumbered, over powered, or just overwhelmed, it drives the fighters spirit up. Leon can grant Katsu +15 to all his physical stats if the situation calls for it,

If Katsu needs to protect someone Leon can grant Katsu the ability to almost instantly move in front of the ally with +28 Def.

Head: Power Helmet of Mandalore: +3 Atk, +3 Def, +3 Per
This helmet doubles as an advanced PT. Giving the wearer access to technology, thermal sensors, scanning an area, communicating, x8 zoom, sound amplification to hear long distances. It also garners your character extra respect from Vindicta as it is recognized as a symbol of a legendary warrior.

This grants you new RP status among NPC's and QC's. Four times per thread you may rub the sigil its self and increase the output of any one ability from Qi or Item's by +16.
