Despite what people often thought, there were times where Tina didn't actively try to blow something - or someone - to smithereens.
This was not one of those times.
The literal bombshell was at least taking it out ot the training field rather than the building, mostly because she didn't want to have to deal with someone fussing and crying because it wasn't diplomatic. Cabal had other people for that; they should be able to handle a little homewrecking. Not like it wasn't the first time it had happened.
Currently, she was blowing things up in a circle and humming to herself, testing to see if she could outpace the speed of the explosions when they were set to go off at different times. Humming to herself, she started singing as the booms got bigger.
"Ring around the Rosie~" Who was Rosie? Why, none other than some scrapped up, dirty stuffed animal she found. The patched up teddy seemed to have lost quite a bit of stuffing, but that would be the least of its worries as soon as the one beneath it went off and sent it flying...
And possibly landing on whoever happened to be nearby.

While out for a walk Rai would hear explosions going off and would proceed to investigate. Rai would soon come upon the sight of a small girl with explosions going off around her and she... was smiling? The hell is wrong with this kid? And just like that, as if the universe itself was sending Rai a message, a singed half-blow up teddy bare would fall from the sky. Rai would catch it in his arms and inspect it.
"Well... This can't be a good sign..."

Tina tracked the stuffed animal's descent as it soared through the sky, head turning to follow the arc until it landed on some other guy she'd never seen before. Some pretty boy who was CLEARLY another adult. UGH.
"Well, yeah, she's still in one piece! Ugh." Shaking her head at her target's rescue, Tina half skipped over the the man with dark hai.
"Hiya! What's your name?"

Still being in one piece is bad?! As the girl approached Rai he protectively pulled the teddy bear closer.

"Tina." The little blonde introduced herself in a sing-song manner with a gremlin's grin on her face. "Tina Bennet." She held out a hand, indicating the teddy bear.
"Time to give my bear back. We're not done playing."

Rai felt incredibly uncomfortable with this little girl. She had a really messed up vibe about her. Not to mention the teddy bear murder glare that she had going on.
"Nice to meet you, Tina."
Rai paused. He looked at Tina, then the bear, then back to Tina, then the bear...
"You're... you're not going to hurt the bear are you?"

This one was...slow. Tina was half tempted to give him a reason to be worried, but instead she turned on the charm of her smile, then made a super sad face. Because he seemed the type to consider that either more terrifying, and thus she could take the teddy in his moment of weakness, or the type to be trusting sweet little girls, allowing her to take the teddy in his moment of weakness.
"NOpe, she promised. And meant it.

Rai's distrust of this little girl didn't waver... but... the realization that he was currently holding a little girls teddy bear hostage.
"Ok, here you are."
Rai would say handing back the teddy bear.
"What are you doing out here?"

Tina grinned as the realization dawned on him, happily taking the bear back by the arm with a whoop. SUCKER. She charged the bear in silence.
"Training."

"HELL YEAH I WOULD." Was that the sky shaking with the force of her excitement? Probably. Still grinning, Tina finished charging hte bear and tossed it back at the man since she figures he was offering to train with her.
Little Rosie woudl go boom, either if he caught it or in his general area where she threw it.
Either way, bye-bye Rosie.

Rai would attempt to dive backwards but she was too close and the bear exploded in his face. That hurt, a lot. His ears would be ringing and blood would trickle from his ears from the concussive force. Rai would activate his Seikatsugan to see past the smoke!
"ALRIGHT! MY TURN."
He would yell because deafened from AN EXPLODING TEDDY BEAR. Rai would flip his ring around to the sharpened edge and slice open his hand. His entire left arm would be covered in his black blood armor. Charging forward he would attempt to gut punch this lying little bitch!
Blood Craft: can create weapons and items out of his blood (creations strength is half Eng stat) (weapons give +1/2 Eng to attack)
Aura/Life energy perception: While activated Rai can see a persons life energy through items if needed (+10 Per, +10 Eng)

Funny how it's lying when no one asks what Tina what her definition of "playing" is...Rai wouldn't be the first, but he definitely got a face full of sudden attack! He was able to blind her with the smoke, meaning Tina had no intention of staying still and being easy pickings. Little explosions lit up under her feet as she raced towards the shadow. It clocked her, but that was fine, since it meant she could wrap her hands around around the limb, snatching Rosie's arm as it fell to the earth for a little extra boom-boom. "TOO SLOW SUCKA!" Ignore the rasping breath from when he knocked the air from her lungs. Tina's request. Rai's arm would harden after the girl latched on preping for the counter attack, while he was right about one he was caught off guard by the teddy bear arm remnants.
"Oof. You wanna play like that?! Kuron!"
The blood on Rai's arm would spring to life and behind Tina an identical clone of Rai would appear made completely out of Black Blood. He would grab her by the scruff and attempt to rip her off of Rai's arm as Rai made the blood on his from sharp spikes that would jut out from his arm! If Kuron was successful in ripping Tina off of Rai he would immediately slam her into the ground (which would grant him a very disapproving glare from Rai) if unsuccessful he would continue to attempt to pull her off!

The poor, poor, teddy remnants, now chock-full of radiation poisoning!
"GO BIG OR GO HOME." Tina practically cackled in response, though the sound quickly turned to one of surprise and some pain as the shields of Cabal kept anything from being fatal for either of them...but that didn't mean she had to like hugging spikes!
"THAT IS SO COOL." She had to give him credit for it, though the blood clone was kind of annoying. She huffed and took a deep breath, shouting, "Oy! Keyal! Time for some fun!" Shadows would form and shift from the ring on her finger, six pairs of glowing, blank eyes peering out at the two before a monstrous shadow beast echoing the shape of her friend as it took form.
"Get rid of the other guy," she instructed as she kicked at the new guy's thigh, using her shoe to make the explosion this time before dropping to the ground and punching him in the gut! Kapow!
Kayel decides it's time to wrestle! It lunges at the blood double, trying to tackle it to the ground in a grapple.
A fancy mask-wearing guy named Guy dances about happily, dramatically pointing its sword at Rai as though to claim, "My name is Guy Fawkes. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
