As Rai walked into Sudeki Territory he could hear people murmuring amongst themselves. Talking about how he was dead, there was no way it was really him, some even thought he was an imposter like Trinity, while others thought he was a demon or a zombie. But no matter what the thought or assumption all moved away from him as he strolled to the main building. The building Kentler was in. Reaching the door Rai would open it and walk inside.
"Father."
Was all Rai would say as he came to a stop in the middle of the room, facing Kentler. But no bow, no ceremonial sign of respect. Not even the look of relief to see his father again. No, he was angry, and he wanted answers.

Kentler stood at a side wall with a bookshelf reading and going over some information when Rai walked in. His long black hair was now streaked with strands of grey, though his face remained clean shaven and his Seikatsugan remained active even now. He didn't have to turn to look at Raikotsu, like he didn't need to look at the book he was holding, however Habit bid him look at Rai.
"Glad to hear you are alive. I suspect those responsible for your death have been dealt with?"
A smile was on his face, though he could see the anger in Raikotsu's aura and knew the truth of the matter.

"Nice to see you so concerned, but no I have no memory of who attacked me, but then again if you actually tried to avenge my death it wouldn't matter if I could remember my attackers."
Rai stared into Kentler's eyes, even though he knew he didn't have too for Kentler to be staring right back into Rai's own eyes.
"But, that's neither here nor there at the moment. My first priority here is to find out why you have sent Trinity to steal her own brother's eyes. That's cold, even for you."
Rai's fist would clench. He was angry, but Trinity was right. This was not an individual that Rai should take lightly. Especially here.

Kentler would blink slowly, his eyes downcast as he closed the book. Replacing it into the shelf he would walk over to Rai and fold his hands behind his back, looking up at Rai's eyes finally.
"Trinity is one of our best Guardians... Spike is one of our best warriors. Both the children of Leon. If I send anyone else, Spike is likely to kill them out of self preservation. Trinity can at least hold her own, and in best case they will talk it out and Spike will give up his eyes without a fight."
He took a breath closing his eyes momentarily to smell the air.
"I could see it, the Seikatsugan that boy held even back then. Controlling Qi Beasts... Do you know what the Katashi could do if they get their hands on that power?"

"Indeed, and I also understand that trusting him to be strong enough to defend himself isn't good enough, especially considering my 'recent' demise. That being said, wouldn't it be better to have him here, with us, his Family. Even if he didn't want to live here sending Trinity and one or two others to back him up would be much better for us as a whole. Forcing one of our own, even an outcast, to give up his eyes is wrong."
Rai took a step forward, this time less angrily and more as if seeking for understanding.
"What good would it really do us to have his eyes sitting in a jar in the basement? You're the only one that could use that ability and it wouldn't matter if you just sit here doing nothing. The Katashi won't dare come here because of you and your abilities so leaving here is out of the option for you, because in doing so you risk the destruction of all our clan, not to mention you'd be losing out on a massive range of powers if you left here. What are you more concerned about, Kentler. Protecting our clan, EVERY one of consistently dwindling numbers, or hoarding up powers and abilities just for yourself and your own power?"

"You over step. The new head of the Katashi Clan is Kamui Katashi. The one Spike helped all those years ago. The man stole Gravis' eyes and is building the Katashi's power as we speak. This IS about his safety, her safety, yours, ours."
He shook his head slowly.
"The more Sudeki in a place that isn't here, the more vulnerable they are. Without their Seikatsugan there is no reason for Kamui to target theme. I would accept him back obviously if he wished to come back, he would not be held to the position of Vanguard as before. He is however his fathers son, and prefers to do things his own way, on his own. This is the logical recourse."

Goddammit. Sigh. Kentler was right, unfortunately.
"That... is fair. I didn't have all the information and behaved rashly."
Sigh.
"What options are there to ensure our clan's safety and Spike can keep his eyes?"

"Yeah... I know, but it was spur of the moment, what can I say."
Rai thought for a moment.
"The other reason I came here was actually involving my death. Do you have any leads that I can follow up on. Trin suggested Prota, but I can't really confront Strike as I am now. So, I need to work my up to him. Figured I'll use any leads you might have as stepping blocks to get my power back."

Kentler would nod.
"Prota could of done it sure. Or anyone really that has a grudge against Sudeki, The Dragons, you... That being said one of Leon's Mafia people Chris Gunn was hot on the trail of someone in the old sewer system attacking people, ripping out their eyes and killing them. May start there."

"Alright, I'm off to find Leon's goon. Then I'll go from there. I'll let you know of any updates I receive, and if you could do me one favor. Try to find a way for Spike to keep his eyes."
With that Rai would exit hop onto his newly acquired bike and speed off how Leon's Territory.
