Rai would ride into Leon's Territor, and begin asking around. Looking for Gunn, he needed to get some background knowledge before running headlong into the Sewers blind and without a clue what to expect. He wasn't 17 anymore.

Rai would ride into Lightning Country, the almost always overcast and dark raining streets were filled with people going about their routines and life. Driving vehicles, eating food, doing business. It would all be so normal if not for the many people in suits wearing the emblem of the Lightning Dragon on the lapel of the suit jackets.

Parking the bike Rai would hop off and walk over to a group of guys with fancy lapels.
"Hey, do any of you know where I can find Chris Gunn? I need his help figuring out who killed me."

The suits would bow and greet the Blood Dragon.
"Gunn-Oyabun is at headquarters. He was recently injured and has been at rest."

Rai would return the bow.
"Thank you. I'll make my way to him now."
Rai would proceed to the headquarters where an injured Gunn was resting.

Rai would end up at the always impressive Lightning Tower. The large structure formed of bedrock, however now it had been augmented into a normal building with running Qi technology. Lights, televisions, computers. He would have the door opened for him and he would immediately get an escort. Man in a suit would walk near him as personal protection. Before entering a room acting as a VIP medical facility where Chris stood looking over a table with some hand drawn rough map. "Chris... Blood Dragon came to see ya." The body guard like person following Rai would say to announce Rai. Chris would turn see Rai and smirk. "What can I do for you? Leon has made a deal with your Clan and won't return for some time." |

Rai nodded.
"I heard from his daughter. But, I'm actually here to see you, Mr. Gunn. You see, I'm trying to track down the people that killed me, and my father told me that you were recently hunting down a lead in the sewers of 259. So, I came here to see what you discovered. If you don't mind sharing, that is."
Rai said sincerely, he was seeking assistance, and being a dick was a good way to get people to not want to help.

Chris said looking back at his hand drawn map.
"Well, lots of places are blocked off, cave ins, or purposeful destruction. However what I discovered... Was the Rogues, or whats left of them."

Rai's hand came up to protect his left eye out of reflex before he knew what he was doing. The image of that woman smiling down at him, he could feel her sitting on his chest. She was getting heavier. It was getting harder to breath. Rai dropped to a knee and gripped his face in agony as he could feel her talon like nails ripping into his skin searching for his eye. Rai tried shutting his eyes closed but that only made the image of that woman even clearer!
"STOP!"
Rai shouted. He cried out in pain and doubled over.
"Stop... please, stop."
Rai pleaded with the phantom from his past.
A few moments would pass, if anyone tried to touch him he would be none responsive. Paralyzed as he relived this scene from his past. Finally, it would pass. Drenched in sweat and shaking, Rai would stand back up. The scars around his left eye felt as if they were on fire...
"S-sorry about that... But I- I mean, I thought all the Rogues were cleared out and killed when Cabal took over. How, how could there be any left?!"

Chris and the body guard exchanged looks for a moment, having tried to see if he was okay, talking to him and grabbing his by the shoulder did nothing, then he stood up like they hadn't even tried and he hadn't just screamed. This Dragon seemed to have bad experiences with the Rogues.
"To be honest, no. Most died simply during the war, malnutrition or treatment, we don't know. Someone had been attacking people either leaving them in pieces or taking their eyes. We investigated and well, I got stabbed. So I retreated."

"Thats a good call. Those aren't people you want to be around for any extended amount of time."
Rai paused and took a breath, taking the moment to try and compose himself.
"But if the Rogues are the one's behind those attacks, then it's not likely they're the ones that killed me... I'm pretty sure I would remember... Damn. Sigh, by any chance do you, or have any of your scouts, reported any similar styled murders?"
The sewers were a dead end... in more ways than one. If he could avoid them he would, but... if that options wasn't on the table, he would reluctantly head that way.

That put a smirk on Rai's face.
"No shit. Then I think Trinity is the one that will need a warning, not Spike. Thank you for your assistance. If y'all need any assistance in my uncle's absence just let me know and I'll do what I can to help."
If no further conversation was to be had, Rai would leave to go find Trinity.
