At some point during the War John Strike was able to capture and detain The Blood Dragon, Raikotsu Sudeki. During this time Strike experimented on him put in his mental programming to ensure Rai's loyalty. Afterwards to test out Rai's power, Strike sent him to go and claim an entire territory overrun with vagrants and bandits, by himself. Strike's orders only simply, "Conquer them."
When Strike went back to check on the progress he was happy with what he saw. Rai had erected a castle made out of his own blood and planted it in the middle of the territory. Rai swiftly slaughtered all who apposed his rule and conscripted all that stayed into his service.
Here we are 10 years later and 235, The Crimson Kingdom is thriving. The city has been mostly rebuilt, people have jobs and with the help of Prota the entire territory is in a state of Prosperity. They don't care too much for outsiders, but at the same time they aren't ones to turn away someone for being an outsider. They are still friendly and helpful. But, they won't hesitate to... dispatch... of anyone that they deem a threat to them or their home.
