Zoe's mentality doesn't seem to treat the world around her too seriously- at least on the outside. While she projects a simple persona, the girl is clearly a genius. Her eyes are always scanning about her world, trying to decipher and decode everything around her. There's an innocence to her despite that. Zoe seems innocently curious about the world around her. Her lack of experience clearly shows in how she carries herself.

As a person, Zoe can be kind of quiet and awkward. While she likes making friends and can be fairly relaxed, her sheltered life style often leads to her having difficulties interacting with others. She tends to spend a lot of time overthinking things. When others see her calmly relaxing, the girl is actually downward spiraling her head with impossible situations.

Unsurprisingly, Zoe is prone to getting lost in her thoughts and winding up ignoring the world around her. However, despite all her flaws, Zoe is a somewhat brave girl. When no one else can do what needs to be done, she's willing to step forward and do what it takes to protect others.

History Information

History:

Zoe was born into a family of researchers. In fact, she and her siblings were little more than subjects for her parents who genetically engineered each of them in an attempt to study Qi and how to manipulate it. She was the youngest of around ten siblings, and one of two or so girls. Despite their odd birth, her parents never treated the kids poorly. In fact, they coddled them. The one caveat was that the kids weren't allowed to go outside.

So, Zoe lived a very sheltered life with her siblings. Her parents did exams on them regularly, and they were all home schooled. This continued on until she turned 13. One of her older siblings lost control of his Qi power and the facility was destroyed. No one died luckily, but the lab was discovered. As a result, her parents were arrested and her siblings were all sent to schools or put into the custody of others. Zoe herself was sent to an all girl's boarding school.

That is, until her Zero ability awoke.

After that, she was shipped off to Cabal Academy with little to no hesitation.

Strengths:

Zoe is essentially a technopath. Her Qi allows for her to interact in depth with technology at a natural level to manipulate them to create effects. It lets her create and channel her Qi energy through various inventions and helps her innately understand how any piece of tech works. As her tech is powered by Qi, EMPs do not work on it.

Weaknesses:

Obviously, Zoe needs tech on her for it to work. With rare exceptions, almost all of her abilities will have to do with a weapon or piece of tech. So, she has to be careful with it. If she drops or gets her weapon stolen, well, things wont go too well for her. Furthermore, every item can have it's own specific weakness. Finally, she can't just mass produce her items. She can only keep one item with a specific ability at a time.

Zero Ability:

Line Maker:
Zoe can modify pens or pencils to act as a 3D printer of sorts. She can write on any surface, even air and leave behind a solid Qi Energy construct. The constructs are as thin as the trail left by the pen- so think of a 3D Printing Pen in it's application. The constructs can have the strength of her ENG. She can use the drawings as a weapon to deal melee damage, but she can only keep up one complicated construct at a time. The constructs remain for four posts. To refresh this, she must cast one usage on the fifth post it's up.

Ability #2:

Magnet Maker
Zoe can modify rings and bracelets to imbue them with special properties that may magnetize metals or nonorganic nonconductive materials with metals inside of them by passing electricity through them. She may only magnetize up to three items at a time, and she must make physical contact with said items. Once magnetized, the item can be controlled and thrown around the battle field by repelling the magnetism from the magnet ring or shot towards other metals to stick to them by increasing the magnetism in that direction. She can only lift things equal or less to her ENG, with the stat being treated as the ATK of the magnetism and the DEF of the item being thrown.

Zoe has glasses made with powerful tech that allow her to check someone's body and scan it with great detailed. It's good for catching effects or injuries that aren't visible from the outside. She can scan for deep information on how their muscles move, their organs and even their Qi levels. Furthermore, she can decipher the abilities of their Qi and what they're charging by a strange aura that appears around them.
