Rai would make his way to Zekunft capital. He was here to formally ask for his territory to join Zekunft. For the time being joining one of the big four was the best idea, and looking at his options Zekunft's overall want for peace was definitely the best sounding of the four. Well, time to see how this will go.

In the capital he would only be stopped at the border on the main road.
"Excuse me, Blood Dragon. May we ask your business?"
Finely dressed royal military looking individuals with swords at their hips would be pleasant and respectful with Rai, even using a Dragon salute to make him feel more comfortable and welcome.

Returning the salute Rai would speak.
"I'm here to ask for my new territory, and it's citizens, to join under the Zekunft banner."
Rai would inform the guards respectfully.
"Though, I could use some assistance, if you wouldn't mind pointing me in the right direction."

"Not a problem we will call for an escort."
One of the royal guards would enter a small shack and exit shortly after. Explaining a car would be arriving soon. Arrive it did, a sleek, curvy six wheeled long car would arrive turning so as to point the door he is to enter, while a Royal Guard opened it for him.
"Please."
Once inside the car would take him to the capitol government building. The driver would park and open his door for him again before he was met with another Royal Guard who escorted him inside and all the way to Angelonia, wearing her regal white military uniform.
"Greetings, Raikotsu Sudeki, the one called the Crimson King."

Rai would nod.
"A pleasure to meet you Madam Angelonia, I hope you are fairing well on this fine day?"
Rai would ask, he wasn't used to these formal introductions type of events so for now he would just be polite and not rush into business.

"The day finds me fair. I've been told you have means to enter under Zekunfts banner. Imagine my surprise when they said a Dragon wished to do so. Your order is mostly ruffians, while political and willing to talk, they still remain a large threat to the world."
Angelonia would sip from her tea cup.
"What would be your draw to our cause?"

Rai would state matter of factly.
"You're right, Dragons have a bad reputation, and I'm pretty sure all of us Dragons feel the same lack of care about what people think of us... but, for the people that have asked me to lead them, I want them to be safe and protected. That is something I cannot do by myself. As for my reasoning for seeking out Zekunft, it's because y'all are the most peaceful of all the groups and in my opinion, the most trust worthy. I really don't foresee y'all committing mass genocide for any reason."

"We do keep a minimalist military in order to protect our lands and nobility. To aid our allies if the need arises. However we do preach a pacifistic nature and the ability to talk and discuss things like adults and fellow human beings."
She would sip again, before standing and pouring another cup of tea for Raikotsu, walking it to him and handing it off gently with a smile.
"You would need to send a few people from your lands here to our Academy to be trained as Royal Guards for you and your lands, as well we will need an initial tax to exchange for Drops. The currency we use here. Don't worry I'll loan you what you need for that if you are short, or you can tax your people for it, but I'm sure you are good for it, Lord Sudeki. Do you have any questions?"

It wasn't that Rai didn't trust her, its that Rai had learned that nothing is ever as good as it sounds.

She would say sitting back down with her own tea.
"It's fifty thousand dollars. You can pay it back eventually once you start producing income. I'm willing to loan it to you because you are a Dragon and there fore bound by honor to keep your word. I don't currently have a catch. Should I get one? Are you more accustomed to there being a catch?"

Rai had to stop himself from spewing his tea. Even Kuron was in his head screaming, $50,000!!! WHAT THE-. Rai coughed from nearly choking on his tea.
"I will definitely pay that back, and no, no catch is just fine, I apologize. I meant no disrespect, just... these days you never can be too sure."
He would take another sip of his tea.
"In that case I only have one final question. Where do I sign?"

Rai would bow to thank her.
"I will inform her, and see to it that 4 of our best are sent to your academy."
Rai would finish his tea and feel a slight tickle on the back of his neck.
"Ah, that reminds me, I found a little friend on the road awhile back, and I was wondering if I could leave him at your nursery here until he gets his strength back."
Rai would say as a small bat peaked over his shoulder unsure of whether the lady was going to nice or scary.
