"Aren't we all? Hell. I never would have thought it years ago, but even I'm nearing the end of my 'prime' years."
He shook his head.
"Never thought I'd see the day I'd be the one saying that it's time for the new generation to step up... then again I was also hoping there would be a time of true peace after Barker..."

"Lady Angelonia seems like a nice lady. I doubt she would think I was betraying her so long as you don't ask me to betray Zekunft. Which I wouldn't like to do anyways."
Rai shrugged.
"On to lighter matters though, I saw a couple of your students, Elias and Rose, use some sort of sword that they pulled from their chests... what's that all about? Seems... strange."

"In a perfect world, that wouldn't be something I'd ask of you."
As for his second question.
"Ah, yes well.. Leon helped me unlock my bloodline ability. Apparently, I can take a persons 'Heart' and forge it into a sword. However, most of the time something bad happens."

Rai contemplated for a moment.
"Have Leon or Mathew taken that risk?"
Then he shook his head.
"No, I need to be my own man. I'll take that risk. If I backed down every time there was a risk to my life I would've never passed my Clan's trials. So, I won't back down from a risk, even if that risk is death."
Rai looked Asiv dead in the eye.
"Whatever happens I accept full responsibility."

Asiv would put the cigarette out in his ash trey before walking around his desk and placing a hand to Rai's chest. A sparkling light would glow before he pulled the blade from the light! a long sword with a chainsaw blade that had teeth the size of knives. However, Rai would enter a world of blackness, and die.
The Sinless Blade: Due to Raikotsu's Naive and Innocent heart, this blade has been shaped and transformed to reflect a misunderstanding of purpose. Whoever this blade cuts does so by ignoring any Defense enhancements from items (static or ability), however it does not understand a difference between the wielder and the Target and therefore negates all of Raikotsu's Defense enhancements from items as well.
