Returning from his talks with Zekunft's leader Rai would make his way back to his mansion in 253. Heading to the room that had been set up as the Main head of Operations room. People were fluttering about this way and that all still wary about working together, luckily there hadn't been too many incidents... well there hadn't been before he left, guess he was going to have to ask Dime if any of that had changed. But he would just add that to the list of matters that he and his new Second in Command would need to discuss.
Walking into the room he would look around to see if he could locate Dime, if she was in the room he would approach her but wait until she wasn't busy before speaking, if she wasn't there Rai would ask for someone to let her know he was looking for her and would wait.

Dime just took off her cloak as if she just got back. She picked up a peg and stabbed the map with it reaching high near the top of the map even for her strong five foot, eleven inches it was a stretch. But with it firmly in place and a thread connecting it to the next she mapped out a new boundary for the unifying blood territory.
She peeked over her shoulder a second before returning her gaze to the map before talking. "Can I do anything for you, boss?"

Rai inspected the map noting her progress.
"You're doing a great job here, how goes the unification process? Have there be any hiccups or concerned that need to be discussed?"

"Just a few *who's land is this or that* but otherwise no nothing that isn't too difficult to divide and settle."
She turned around and placed hands on her ample hips. "Ramses is banking on the exchanges and shares to balance out even the harder clients. Though we have had to add defenses around Quarters grave his influence was strong and... Painful. His closest friends and comrades are keeping the ney-sayers at bay but issues like this should blow over when they feel it isn't worth raping a dead man's grave. It will just warrant time."

Rai nodded as he listened to her report. Everything sounded like it was coming together, but he was upset to hear about Quarter's grave. Enemy or not to violate someone's corpse was just... Anyways, he had other business to discuss.
"That sounds good, everything should start going smoother now. Which, is what I came to discuss with you."
Walking over to what he had claimed as his 'desk' he would open one of the drawers and pull out a bottle of Scotch that he had found on one of his adventures, as well as too glasses. Pouring a small amount in each glass he would then replace the bottle and hand the second glass to Dime.
"Zekunft has welcomed our alliance, and will be helping us set up defenses as well as setting up jobs for the locals here so we can start working on production and capital. That should make Ramses happy I'm sure."
Rai would raise his glass in toast before taking a sip.
"They had a few requirements but nothing too steep."

"Jobs and good respectable ones would be a blessing indeed. I look forward to the economy start to rise and build stability for those to undoubtedly claim as their own." she beamed with excitement. "What are their conditions?"
She'd take the drink and toss it back like a champ. She smiled thanking him with her expression, ready to hear the Blood Dragon speak .

"First was the matter of money to cover our entry into Zekunft, however the leader loaned us the money until we are able to acquire our own income to pay her back, no strings attached. Second, I would like for you and Ramses to work together on, we need four of our best and brightest to be sent to Zekunft's academy, where they will be trained to be Guards for our territory. I don't know the people here as well as you two so I leave that in your capable hands."
Rai would take the glasses and fill them up one more time. He was surprised to see how easily she was able to handle the drink. Not bad. Handing her the second glass.
"Lastly, you and I have been cordially invited to a banquet in our honor for joining Zekunft. A meet and greet with people of note within Zekunft."

She recieved her drink already thinking over possible candidates to send there. She would however choke on her drink as it flowed half way past her tongue the alcohol burned as she coughed to clear it.
"Ugh..." she wiped her chin. "Oh fuck, me too? Ah... I can't say its been very recent that I've been to an event like that." she held a hand yo her throat as it ached a bit.

Rai took his time sipping this second glass, finding amusement in Dime's sudden shock of being told she was going to a banquet. Finishing his drink Rai would chuckle and nod.
"Well, to be completely honest I don't remember the last time I went to one either, which is why I choose you as my plus one. We can be out of place together."
Rai would laugh.

She cleared her throat further. A smile growing sheepishly across her face.
"Well... I am fortunate you've chosen me. Whatever the reason be, I can't refuse the invite and wouldn't dream to." she began thinking. "I'll have to find a dress with out blood stains." mentioned as if that was a totally normal problem to have.

Rai would shrug.
"Or you could proudly wear your bloodstained dresses and we can just say its the fashion of our Territory and we can dare people to try and tell us that what we wear in our territory is inappropriate. That, would be fun."
He would say a mischievous grin on his face.

She chuckled. "Humorous Raikotsu Sudeki. But even umongst our own in the territory the Blood Zeals are... Well zealots."she smiled mischievously. "I might wear blood stained faux roses in my hair. A ritual headdress I made doesn't get that much use might look lovely for this banquet."

"Sounds lovely to me. I suppose I myself will have to find something... formal to wear."
He sighed. Damn, this was going to be a pain in the ass. If he still had... Maybe Hades would let him have his Crimson King Armor back... not likely. Sigh.

"Aw, don't look so bummed Raikotsu." she grinned she got the impression he hated shopping with his solemn look. "Ramses might be able to find us both something effortlessly."
"Also given that we were a divided territory until now maybe it is fair I send one of us Blood Zeals, one of Ramses choice, and another one of my brothers finest. Even so that is three, my suggestion to you might actually be to get to know the finest of the people and hand pick them yourself? It would be a lovely show to the people your efforts."

Both ideas were good. The second definitely sounded like a great idea.
"You're right, in that case, I once again leave you to Ramses while I go to mingle about the people and see who I can find. When we have found our four candidates and our attire, I will let our new Ally's know."
