He shrugs.

"...though, I guess I can take drain their power while they're alive."

John blinked.

"Fuck, sounds grotesque. Must be handy in a battle though."

He looked at Rose.

"And you?"

"Um. I get stronger when I'm hurt or die..."

That was the gist of it she thinks!

"She's my perfect compliment."

Elias nods.

"Damn, clearly."

He'd push himself up and to his feet. Damn old bones.

"Lets do this then."

He'd start them off toward the training grounds!

Rose looks at Elias. If he seems to be cool with going then she'll go too!

Elias is cool with it.

He dusts his hands off, following at a comfortable distance.

“How did you want to do this? Every man for himself? Take turns?”

As he walked, he'd shrug.

"Actually, I thought we'd hit the woods. Maybe clean up some of the beasts that live in the training grounds."

He glanced at Elias.

"Fighting each other will make us stronger, but it won't teach us to work as a team. I figured learning to use our powers to compliment one another should be just as important."

"Yay~!" Rose would more or less whisper cheerfully.

Despite all the talk about not working well in teams, she was happy to at least try to do so. Personally, she thinks she's a good team-player. Probably way too selfless but when there's practically no consequences for it, she doesn't actually learn anything.

Elias tilts his head, thinking about it.

“I haven’t tried that yet. Alright, I’m in.”
