[Jacob Tyler]

Jacob would actually give a sheepish small smile, barely visible as it was, it was still a smile.

“Whichcraft through the ages.”

Was that a shrug? Did he just shrug?! Oh gods.

[Kaia Galanos]

"Fascinating. You're a spellcaster?"

Faye secretly hates magic.

[Jacob Tyler]

Jacob is surprised. Most people hated it.

“Yes. Self taught.”

[Kaia Galanos]

Oh she does. It's not scientific. She can't explain anything. Magic just HAPPENS. Disgusting.

"What sort of things can you do? I've never been able to wrap my mind around magic."

[Jacob Tyler]

Jacob is filled with.... something. An emotion he can’t quite explain. Excitement?

“Environmental changes. Like cold or hot or jungle.”

Did that even make sense?

[Kaia Galanos]

What in the hell is jungle. Why is it different than hot.

She crosses her arms and tilts her head.

"Implying an actual jungle would appear?"

[Jacob Tyler]

Jacobs head barely tilts in a nod.

“In a matter of speaking. You would see it and you would believe you would feel it.”

[Kaia Galanos]

"Would you care to demonstrate?"

She's repulsed but so damn curious.

[Jacob Tyler]

She wanted him to pull it out right here?!

“As you wish.”

Jacob would lift his hand to his face palm inward, close his eyes and then open them making eye contact with Faye. Was his tattoo glowing?! No. No that’s just an optical illusion. Right?!

Out of the floor, vines would crack through the floor and crawl up the shelves. Books fell onto the floor, clattering out of the path of the vines ferocious path. The greedy vines crawling up the shelves were almost to the ceiling now. All along the floor there was grass and even spots of water. The sounds of the jungle could also be heard. Birds, and bugs, and small animals scampering about.

Illusions

Strength: Since the Qi is an illusion, they cannot be moved physically, except for where Jacob moves them to. These lights can either be very bright, or extremely dim.

Weakness: Jacob doesn’t know he has it. Even once he does, he can hardly control it. The real problem with his Qi, is that it shimmers. Just on the edges signifyin that it’s not real.

Zero Ability: Flashing Lights
Jacob is able to create floating lights. If touched, these lights deal half his ENG in damage. Special note: don’t stare into it too long or you’ll go blind.
Unfortunately, Jacob is currently only able to use these abilities when he is under emotional stress.

Faye doesn't move as the books start to fall, mostly accepting her fate if one of them clobbers her.

She frowns and waves her hand around her head, not too fond of bugs.

"You're a real life jumanji."

[Jacob Tyler]

Jacob actually smiles and let’s tje jungle fade. Noting is out of place. No one even looks up, aside from the librarian giving them dirty looks for not whispering.

“Compliment taken.”

[Kaia Galanos]

She glances around, brows furrowing. She didn't see the plants clean up so what gives?

"How did you clean up that mess?"

[Jacob Tyler]

Jacob put away his smile.

“It’s not real.”

Next he showed her dangling above a sharp cliff. The ocean threw itself against the side causing a loud roar. Mist filled the air as the wave receded back to the ocean. The ocean dried and cracks appeared on the ground. The air thickened and dried. A thick cloud of dust rose from the ground and twirled into a dust devil. Then the scene faded back into the library.

The whole scene is troubling for multiple reasons, but in typical Faye fashion, she displays no real emotion.

"At what point did you tell me this?" she frowns slightly.

"Unless you're implying magic is fake."

Jacobs face is also expressionless.
