Word had gotten to Rai that someone proclaiming themselves to be the "Water Dragon" was looking for him. Last he had heard there wasn't such a thing... Best thing to do then would be to check it out. So Rai would head to location that was written in the letter.
Upon arriving Rai would simply call out.
"I'm here."

Stevie smiled.
“Oh finally. Geez. Oh and by the way, I don’t even have your bike. But I’ll buy ya a beer or something to make it up.”
She looked him up and down and smiled. She liked what she saw.
“Blood Dragon, huh? I don’t remember all Dragons looking this good.”
Butter? Nah. Stevie was southern. She never used butter on anything!

Rai just blinked.
"Of course not, I have my bike..."
Since Rai didn't see the note himself he had no idea that his bike was being threatened in the first place... Someone forgot to mention that to him. Or maybe didn't tell him on purpose...
"But if you would like to get something to drink I will join you. Also, I don't understand why you think my gear looks better. I don't even have all of my good gear on. If you've seen any of the others I'm sure they were in either their best gear or dressed up in super formal attire, so I don't really understand what makes you think my clothes look better. But to each their own I guess."
Rai would say with a shrug, as he YET AGAIN failed to see and understand any form of flirtatious behavior.

Stevie giggled and waved over the bartender, who was just the kid behind the counter.
“Two beers.”
She’s sit on a stool and turn facing him. Odd. She didn’t know what the hell he was trying to pull, pretending not to notice flattery.
“I’ll get to the point then. I want to become a dragon. No, that’s not wuite right. I’m planning on taking what’s mine. As I see it, I AM the water dragon. It’s the world that has yet to see it too.”

Rai scratched his chin.
"Hmmm..."
He would say taking a seat. He would thank the Bartender for the beer and take a sip. Still pondering... after a moment he would turn to look at Stevie.
"Ok. So what's stopping you?"

Stevie took a gulp of the foul smelling liquid.
“Dunno who is in my spot. Gotta do recon first. No one, aside from Mathew and Leon, have ever gotten anywhere by barging in hands flying.”

Rai would nod taking another sip of the beer.
"Makes sense... But then why did you call out to me? I'm the "Blood Dragon" not Water. If you want to fight me, then sure I'll fight you, but that won't gain you the title of Water Dragon."

Rai couldn't help but laugh. Almost spilling the beer.
"Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I just wanted to see what if was like being super vague and cryptic like the Elders always are."
Chuckling more Rai would take a good gulp of beer before turning round to face her.
"There is a Water Dragon, I just said I didn't know their name. However, I can tell you that SHE and Leon's Gang are at war with each other. So, if you want any information more than that, then my suggestion to you would be to go to Lightning Tower and see if you convince one of Leon's men into giving you more information."
Rai rubbed his chin in thought.
"Normally I would offer assistance in these matters, specifically with getting sway with Leon's group, however since you're wanting to become a Dragon, then my help stops there. Now you've gotta prove you've got what it takes to collect that Title."

Stevie rolled her eyes. Natirally.
“Well, thank you for the info. It is appreciated.”
These niceties were annoying.
“If I was able, or if he was able, I’d ask Leon himself. But he isn’t here. Literally.”
She took another gulp and shuttered. Uck.
“Thanks again.”
Stevie hopped off the stool, pulled a $20 out of her pocket and tossed it on the counter and walked out.
