Squad 2 VS Squad 7!!! (3rd Exams Begin!)

Everyone in Squad's 2 and 7 would be delivered a missive from fancily dressed individuals. Each missive would say this:

You and your Squad are to take part in tournament against the other students of Cabal to see which squad is the strongest! Please proceed to the Location listed on this missive to participate! (Note: Any memembers that do not show up will be immediately disqualified from any further participation for the remainder of the exams!)

On the back of the missive would be a set of coordinates that would lead them to a special Arena, with a fighting stadium in the middle that was surrounded by stands for spectators as well a small table where the announcer would be sitting during the fights. But since the fights were currently not taking place the announcer would be on stage talking to the crowd!

"Thats right Ladies and Gentlemen! Tonight you will be witnessing Two of Cabal's most fearsome Squads! Squad 2 VERSUS Squad 7!!!"

The crowd would cheer!

"Right now we are just waiting for the squads to show up, but as soon as we have everyone here we will get this party started!"

[Thorn Wyatt]

Elias walks into the stadium, uncaring of the fanfare, cheering or booing.

He just wants to get on with it. He's ready to fight somebody.

[John A. Downing]

John is close behind him, rolling his shoulders.

"I've heard this team is quite strong....I'll try to keep up."

He knew he was the weak link here. He'd make sure to do his part.

[Stigma Wyatt]

Rose goes to pat John on the back, but stops at the last second because she doesn't want to accidentally make him mad by touching him without permission.

"I-it's okay! We'll win!" she says, trying to keep up the morale!

[Rhona Hall]

She walked out wrapping her ponytail up removing her mass of hair from her line of sight. After receiving her invitation she broke out her official gear.

The bright orange skin tight running pants with a matching sports bra had angular accents of black and blue. She wore her official cabal jacket over that as well. However she noticed she would be competing against other Cabal soldiers which surprised her a bit considering they had been facing the other factions thorough the race and investigation mission. Her feet spread shoulder length apart and her hands placed themselves on her hips she stood proud.

She allowed her entrance stance to break to touch her Mother's Pearl earings. An old good luck charm to carry her parents with her through this.

Seeing who she was fighting. She looked at that squad. Recognized Elias and soluted him a hello. It might look bad on him if they whooped the butt of a territory leader and Dragon apprentice. But if this is what the Gods throw at her then She can see past those titles and not hold back.

[Tina Bennet]

Tina skips along her merry way past Rhona, a small (or not so small) moment of delight taking over at an adult who's shorter than her. She revels int eh fanfare, stretching and taking a look at who is lined up for this fight they have going on.

"Eenie, meanie, miney, moe...." She picks through them with her eyes rather than pointing each person out, all toothy smiles and a mischievous giggle on the side.

"Heh. This is gonna be FUN."

Pyrotechnics shoot off as John comes from around the crowd as a theme song plays. Wearing a championship belt he made with his hammer and a cape as he enters the ring. Smug look on his face as he throws up victory signs and yells a cheer.

"Yeahhhhh! It's time! You face the Grand Champion now. Prepare to meet your doooooooom!"

"ALRIGHT!!! Ladies and Gentlemen! Now that both teams are here I will now go over the rules! Each squad will need to elect a Squad Leader amongst themselves! That Squad Leader will then come up here and they will discuss what the Matches win conditions will be! The win conditions are as follows!

1. Full 3v3 team fight, last team standing wins!
2. 1v1 fights till one team is completely knocked out!
3. 1v1 best two out of three. First team to collect two wins!

In all these fights, you are allowed any item, gear, and weapon use as you want. In order to win a match you must get your opponent to Tap out, or they must be knocked unconscious. ALSO! Once a fight starts, a barrier will surround the arena so no abilities nor persons can get through until the fight is won! Now, Each Squad discuss amongst yourselves who your Squad leaders are, and what your win condition will be!"

Elias laughs.

"Just hide behind Rose. You'll be fine."

Elias gives Rhona a nod, frowning a bit when he notices Tina's on the other team as well.

He also has no idea who the third person is.

At the announcement, Elias just immediately points at himself.

"I'm the leader. I say either 3v3 or 1v1 until the full team's out."

Though 1v1 probably means they have a better shot, he's still looking for some input.

"Yes!"

I mean what are we expecting here.

[John]

John takes note of the reaction one of them had to Tina.

"Ey, boom boom. You be squad leader for this one."

[Tina Bennet]

Tina is waving to Elias and Rose a little, a a small wave of hello until John starts talking to her.

"Yo." Her eyes grow wide, as does her grin at the motion to be leader.

"HELL YEAH I AM." She'd jab a thumb at her chest. "We gonna 3v3 or 1v1 this to the end. Go big or go home!"

[Rhona Hall]

She chuckled at Tina's smug walk Rhona knew what she was doing. She had seen it all too often. She would let her keep the win. But then a second shot fired.

Rhona thought that was confusing. While she had no problems with Tina being a leader she didn't know Tina could be a strong leader. The team was too fresh for her to have thought this was a conscious choice.

We should have discussed that as a team. were her thoughts. She would wipe her disgruntled face off and look away from John. "Alright lead us to victory Tina. I don't have a beef with any of these friends I could go 3v3. We could all win as a team or go out as a team." she smiled suddenly the urge to punch something was stronger.

[John]

John would look to Rhona then to Tina.

"Yeah 3v3 is fine with me."

"3v3 works for me."

John didn't seem to argue with Elias!
