[Allen Hollows]

CROK. CROK. CROK.

The sound of the Axe splitting wood rang out around him, as the young man repeatedly cracked through the logs outside the home. Lifting the pieces of wood, he stalked inside his masters house and dropped them next to the fire. Einrik turned and gave the thumbs up, the man kneeling next to his couch and putting a diaper on his baby. Eos, the one who had the afforementioned title, came out in blue jeans and a loose, tucked in T-shirt, setting down the duffle bag and planting her bottom on the chair nearby.

"You've grown a lot these last few months. Well done."

Allen sniffed.

"Still not the strongest."

Eos glanced at Einrik.

"And until you put yourself out there, you never will be." She leaned forward. "There have been many battles, many places you could have tested yourself. You've continued your training, which I commend. But it's time to get out there and see what your new powers can do."

He listened, but part of him was afraid. That he couldn't live up to their expectations or his own. But he knew in the end, that they were right. Flexing his fingers, he stood and took a deep breath. "Thank you both for everything. This was the....best and worst few months of my life." A smirk. "I'll be back though- I still have to kick your ass." Eos snorted. "Next time, we'll let the child fight you. Might be the only titan you can beat."

Allen laughed, and left, shouldering his pack and starting down into the city. He made his way downtown, the hustle and bustle of 259's Cabalan cities reinvigorating him. He stopped, however, when he heard the screams. Turning, he looked down a side alley at four men who had surrounded a younger man, the fellow clutching the hand of his little sister. He frowned, unsure what to do- Eos taught him to only fight if necessary....but...

[Rhona Hall]

She would shove right past the hesitant bystander and slide her self between the four thugs and the what appeared to be victims. She would bring both her hands forward. They would be completely blinded by an intense flash of light before she would proceed with the whooping before they recovered. She would dive in with a kick to one's knee cap and a punch to the other in the nose. Grabbing the third she leaped a terrible kick into. His chest with intent to slam him into the fourth.

She took then took the moment to push the also blinded victems to thw gaping man. Should all this go unhindered she wasnt far behind them. About to use her communicator to inform Cabal of the assault.

Allen grunted, pushed aside by the brutally efficient blonde who took care of business, and fast. He stepped back, letting the pair emerge, but the ruckus had caused a large crowd to start forming, glares baring down on Rhona and Allen, both of whom bore symbols of Cabal.

"There they go again!"

"Fucking Cabal, mind your own!"

"Beating up for helpless kids...don't you have better things to do!"

"Maybe we should teach you a lesson, hmm?"

"Who are you to judge!?"

The crowd began shouting, and were not about to hear reason. Allen slowly leaned in to Rhona.

"So uh....we're not gonna throw hands with all these people, are we?"

Since he was now in the shit too.

[Rhona Hall]

Rhona threw her hands up.

"Stay behind me." she cleared her throat to speak loud and clear. "Citizens of 259 please remain calm. Officials are on their way to assess and care for the situation. It is within your best interest that you disperse calmly and orderly."

She was a soldier of Cabal wearing her troop jacket and representing it in a calm fashion. However this could get bad running or fighting back will not look good on anyone.

Allen blinked.

"Whatever you say, Captain."

The crowd didn't calm when Rhona told them to, and they began to pick up rocks.

"They shouldn't do that."

Allen was beginning to get irritated, the stones under his bared feet beginning to vibrate.

"If needed, I'll take care of projectiles."

[Rhona Hall]

"Only defend yourself if you can." She put up her own shield of solar energy. "We might have to have a fall back plan before the cavalry arrives... But we cant attack them. It will only give them what they want. Thankless job this is." she grinned.

She tried to think. She could blind and stun them, make a chance to push through with her shield and make a break for it. They could stay and try to wait it out. She could hear sirens in the distance it might still be but a few minutes.

Sunscreen: Rhona can produce a shield of her solar Qi adding a set portion of her energy to create a size to fit her needs. 1 energy for a personal sized shield that might cover a third of her body. 2 energy for a full body shield that would secure her entire front and likely one other standing right behind her. 3 energy for a full frontal shield that would be three times the length of the full body capable of covering no more than a stack of 6 people. Breaking these shields will require the attack to be 75% more than Rhona's defence.

"Better idea- grab the back of my shirt.."

Allen stepped up in front.

"Sorry everyone! But this has become a riot control situation."

He harshly clapped his hands together, bending his knees slightly as the concrete under them rumbled violently. His hair lifted slightly from the energy rushing through him before the ground began to roll like an earthquake. All around them, cocoons of stone began erupting out of the ground at the feet of each person, wrapping them in a stone prison. Ten, then ten more. People started screaming, turning on foot and running down the street. As the area cleared, they'd hear very dull shouts and pounding from inside the stone prisons. Allen stood, letting out a slow breath as beads of sweat trickled down his brow. He spoke a little loudly for those inside.

"Just stay put, you'll get released when the soldiers arrive. Remain calm."

He turned to Rhona at the two kids.

"You guys good?"

"Turning Kiln" - Allen creates a cocoon of metal around someone, which absorbs sunlight and turns it into energy, healing them. 1 post: Heals scratches and light bruises. 2 posts: Heals deep cuts and harsh bruises/damages. 3 Posts: Heals light fractures and burns. 4 posts: Heals all wounds short of death. Allen cannot use other abilities while this is active, it's strength is equal to his energy.

"Oi that's a bit much! You are burying people alive!" Rhona scolded. "Got the job done yes but by the heels of Hermes that was a bit to brash."

she would head over to a prison and try to pry at it. "At least uncover their heads something they might breath?"

It wouldn't be but a few seconds more when the back up came around. The street lit up and Cabal started to work

He shrugged.

"They're fine. In fact, there's light in there from the suns energy, and oxygen. The stone is porous, so it breathes. Once Cabal-"

And around the corner they came. Allen would shift the earth slightly as his cocoons crumbled, the people blinking and shaking slightly from the experience. Maybe that would teach them not to fucking attack Cabalan workers.

"So you're all aware, those thugs were attacking two children. That's why we stepped in, you fucking morons."

The people were taken aback by his language, then started getting obstinate, but too late. He was now ignoring them. He offered his hand to Rhona.

"I'm Allen."

[Rhona Hall]

Not often would she be offered the hand first. She accepted it..

"Rhona Hall... By the way I thought i was the only one on patrol in this part, did they send you too?"

[Allen Hollows]

He shook his head.

"Nah, I actually was just heading back to the Academy from- well, from a friends."

He looked to the kids, crouching.

"You two okay?"

They nodded.....then took off running. Allen was used to that look in their eyes.

Fear.

Standing, he looked at Rhona.

"My way was extreme, but necessary. Better than hurting them in self defense."

[Rhona Hall]

"Hm... I see." she understood even if she didn't agree not everyone can do things the same way.

"Still welcome back then. I could use a break I can help you get back and hopefully without any more neighborhood trouble?"

[Allen Hollows]

He nodded.

"That would be great."

He would hoist his pack and follow her.

"Tell me Rhona...are you the same Rhona who broke out of Pier 14."

[Rhona Hall]

She didn't answer him for a strong moment crossing her arms.

"... Yes, I was told by my partner that I was needed on the field and I did not like being stuck in there while I had already missed two battles fighting off invasion." she admitted taking full and honest blame. "I was pardoned by Asiv however. Thank goodness none of those people recognized me as one who went rampant and out of control a few blocks over. That was what put me there to begin with."

He nodded.

"I see." He frowned.

"I assume you've got that....under control? The whole almost killing allies bit."
