"There is an order to doing things with or to the Dragons. Since there are no Voices left, and Leon in another dimension, getting his apprentice on board will benefit us in a similar way. Spur Leon's territory into action, as a mafia they would recognize the power of an heir, and people would no doubt be spurred to action with action from the Dragons. Right now getting Rai and Elias to act in our interests would be best when it comes to the Conqueror. Mathews... Personal issues will likely lead him that way anyways."
Asiv would puff out some smoke.

"I think that would be the best course. If nothing else, we have little to gain by hiding that knowledge. Even letting the Conqueror know that we know can only force him to adapt and act more cautious or force him to play his hand early. Either way, he will not be dictating the terms of engagement."
