M.A.P. stared into the rustling leaves above her. The fragments of sunlight bouncing off her skin reflecting brilliant hues of violet from her dark eyes. Reaching up, for nothing but at the same moment everything. She closed her eyes for a long moment- the warmth of the sunlight taking away the chill she had aquired the evening before.
Having left the Krauser home, and forgotten her way back, M.A.P. had been sleeping in the park closest to the place called 'school' though after a week there- two weeks ago, she had been in that place- she wanted to go again but didn't know when she could... or what times. Strange...no?
M.A.P. continued to stand. Honcho- the ever faithful corgi stood dedicatedly by her side. He went where she did and now- since the long vacational absence of the tobacco man and the cookies and dirt child, his human had become confused and they both simply drifted away. Honcho, digging at the closest flowerbed, wagged his butt excitedly as he returned to M.A.P.'s side with a old laced tennis shoe.
M.A.P. looked down as Honcho began to whine and jumped- who was?! Oh..Honcho, kneeling down, she gently took the shoe from him, "What a wonderful prize you have found, Honcho, but you know shoes do not substitute as a good meal."
Honcho sat for a long moment, big brown eyes looking up at her before he lept forward into her arms and knocking her over. M.A.P. didn't laugh only layed their with Honcho stretched out on her chest and stomach- petting him as they both stared up at the sky.

Honcho and M.A.P. both looked over. Honcho presented with a hand and M.A.P. presented with a new face. M.A.P. offered a well trained smile and a small introduction, "I'm M.A.P."
Honcho sniffed, his ears perked up as he registered cinnamon. He squirmed and M.A.P. let him go with a soft smile. The small corgi was careful to go around the food and sat on this new human's lap. Lifting his nose to the human's face, he sniffed and wagged his butt excitedly.
M.A.P. shook her head, blue-violet eyes shimmering brightly, the bell at the end of her ring jingling loudly, "Honcho, be polite."
Honcho carefully hopped to the ground and twitched his nose. 'Bowing' politely then sitting up to shake 'hands'.

He seemed nice enough. Honcho didn't seem to mind him at all, M.A.P. simply gave a shrug- the gesture rough and unused. Shrugging, a gesture she had picked up from Mr. Sky and Miss Reia, both did it to signify indifference or lack of knowledge...sometimes simply to put a gesture to their words.
In this case, M.A.P. was a little of all of three. Honcho tilted his head to the side and ran in a circle after having his paw released. Running he dove into a flower bed and rolled around for a long while.
M.A.P. exhaled softly, watching her friend for a short moment. She payed no mind to the gauntlets, she was not one to judge- she had no ability beyond a random guess of being safe. At the moment, this red headed man was considered safe by Honcho and herself.
"Honcho and I have come to the park to live for now. We are comfortable here and there is always something new to see. Plus the flowers are in bloom early- would there be a better reason?"

Again she shrugged, the jerky motion still being unfamiliar to her- M.A.P. tilted her head to the side, blue- violet's watching him not intently but with bland curiousity. She was just as 'normal' as anyone else...at least on the surface.
Honcho was in heaven- leg kicking and him stretching out as he gave a happy little bark. M.A.P. smiled fadedly- a mechanical, well trained smile is all she knew how to do anymore, but stayed still, looking away- not big on eye contact, though daring in many aspects of contact.
"Well, Mr. Katashi...I've forgotten where I live."

Honcho lifted his head, ears twitching as big brown eyes watched his owner and ward bow her head shyly. He had heard the word food and sleep and his little belly had been filled with nothing but the few scraps his owner- who was begining to smell a little ripe (in his opinion) from diving in those big metal cans for what little food they had. This cinnamon man was defintely working his way into Honcho's little puppy heart.
His nose twitched, he was familiar with the usual humbleness they were to show- but this time, he picked up something else...worry, embarrasment- and the cinnamon man was pure confidence though- he lacked true concern by scent, even if the human's eyes shone with brillant honest worry. Honcho, thinking selfishly for a moment at not wanting to lose such a good back scratching companion, gave a soft whine in M.A.P.'s direction.
"We cannot accept such kindness without being able to work for our keep. Honcho seems to like you, but I cannot allow us to take generosity without being able to repay it."

Honcho whined again, louder this time. M.A.P. bowed her head, not really thinking- Honcho was enough confirmation for her to say 'why not' but something made her wonder about him. People are not usually so kind or generous. However it seemed to be a growing trend lately. First Keith and now... Hiroko Katashi.
Violet eyes looking up, M.A.P. gave a small nod, "Those terms are acceptable...but this school- when is it open? I've only been there once- I think and, " she tilted her head to the side, a motion which Honcho mimicked, "And no one told me when it would be open next."
No she wasn't stupid. M.A.P. honestly did not know these things. Having long forgotten everything beyond basic servitude- cooking, cleaning, laundry, and gardening. No short term and barely any long term memory- ask her something about her past and all she can give is a simple 'I don't remember'.
She shifted slightly, Honcho's ears perked up and he stretched, and she waited for his next reply.

M.A.P. nodded. She would clean until his home was spotless. It was the least she could do for his kindness. The bell at the center of the ring giving a small jingled loudly as she stood and scooped up the bag he had forgotten and followed.
Honcho, having been put down, hopped in a circle and shook off. Fur flying everywhere, lifting his nose to the air, he walked after the cinnamon man and his ginseng ward.
