Reforging (Spike)

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

The Lady of the Lake would be sitting in here forge. Reading an old magazine, due to a lack of war she found herself at a lack of work. She would let out a small sigh as she flipped the page.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would approach and cough to clear his throat to alert to his presence.

"Hello... I'm told you are the forge master for the Knights of the Round?"

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Looking up she would smile, a smile that would be unusually beautiful. Her teeth would be a bright white as Ivory.

"Why hello there!"

She would get up and walk over to him. And offer her hand to shake. If Spike shook her hand it would feel soft and dainty.

"Yes, that is me. What can I do for Mr. Sudeki?"

Her face would be warm and inviting.

[Sage Sudeki]

"Ah, yes..."

Spike would shake her hand... Gently not wanting to crush it he felt.

"Well, I've acquired a weapon used by an enemy, and no matter what I do, it doesn't feel right in my hands... Not mine. I was wondering if you could reforge it to a new weapon for me. Something suited to war."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Her eyes would sparkle and her smile would widen!

"Oh, why of course! I can definitely do that for you. Just let me see the weapon and tell me what you would like it to be."

She would hold her hands out expectantly.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would pull the Bat from his back and hand it off.

"A sword and sheath is enough for me."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

She would take the bat and swing it a bit. Then she would wonder off and come back carrying an old Anvil. Placing it on the ground with a heavy thump. Then she would raise the bat and hit the Anvil with it. The bat would bend, and the anvil would begin to shatter but the cracks would be welded shut from the heat from the secondary attack from the bat.

"Hmmm... a strong weapon you've got here. A sword would be an excellent shape to use. Give me a few!"

With that she would go off towards her forge. If Spike didn't follow he would hear the roars of a mighty fire being brought to life, followed by wicked laughter.

If Spike followed her... the sight would be too horrifying as the once dainty and beautiful woman now seemed like a she devil with a wicked smile and dark glaring eyes. Spike might get the feeling that if he stayed he might be in danger.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would nod as she tested it before following her at the sight or bringing her forge to temperature he would gulp and begin to sweat. He would leave quickly and wait meditating.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

After a short while the Lady would return, not a single blemish or any sign of sweat,to be seen. Her Beautiful smile still fixed on her face. She would hold out a sword with a very decorative sheath.

"Now, behold your blade."

She would unsheathed the sword and it would be glowing brilliantly and would be giving off an intense heat, one could even see the heat waves radiating off of the blade. She would walk over to the same anvil and just tap it. The anvil would begin melting before the blade touched it but as the blade made it's way to the center it would begin glowing red then bright yellow and engulfed with flames. Then she would sheath the sword again.

"So, what did you think?"

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would stare and watch the blade do it's thing unsure of what exactly had just happened.

"What exactly did you do to it? That is a far cry from what it was doing before. It is astonishing."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

She would shrug.

"I didn't actually do anything except change its shape. I think it ate the flames from my forge and got stronger. Quite interesting actually. It also gave very little resistance during the molding and shaping process, almost as if it wanted to become a blade. Either way, you've got one hell of a masterful weapon here."

Then she would hand Spike his new sword.

Bane of the Elements: +4 Atk +2 Def

This sword used to be a bat infused with all of the elements, Spike had it reforged, during the reforging process the sword ate the flames and became stronger. The bat deals an automatic 50% Eng dmg in Fire, and an additional 15% Eng in whatever element Spike chooses.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would take the sheathed blade and walk to an open space to give it a few swings, checking it's weight and length. The handle felt more natural, it didn't drag him around.

"Much better. I appreciate what you have done for me. Should I be able to repay you one day, let me know."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

She would chuckle sweetly. The sound would threaten to bring a smile to Spikes mouth.

"I'm glad you mentioned that..."

Then her face would contort to the same one he had seen in her forge.

"Because I don't work for free."

She would say popping her knuckles.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would sweat and then he would put on a nervous smile.

"Ah... Alright what do you have in mind?"

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Her face returned to being sweet and innocent.

"Oh, I don't have any ideas right now, I just wanted to make sure you were aware that there was a price! Teehee! Thank you for your business, have a nice day!"

Then she would wave him goodbye.
