Where's he heading to this time? A different direction than the first!?

Absolutely!

Let's say he's heading south this time!

This time the volume of camps seems to be much less! That could be a good or bad thing!

It takes a little while, but he does happen upon tracks, and some of them seem to be accompanied by various animal tracks.

Oooooh.... livestock.

Or horses.

Either one was perfect.

Elias continues following, not bothering to be stealthy in the slightest. He wants them to know he's coming.

There's definitely hooves! But there's also a couple of paws.

As he gets closer, it appears that two bodies were left on the ground! Looks like a wife and husband!

Elias walks closer, taking a look at them more carefully.

What kind of wounds do they have?

Looks like mostly small stab wounds, probably from daggers!

Hmmm. Likely close-combat types.

Elias checks to see if they've been robbed, then continues on.

They have definitely been robbed as they don't seem to have anything on them other than their clothing.

Elias has a nice little twenty minute walk before he starts to see a caravan! The air also smells like a barn.

Oh right. The disadvantages of having animals.

Nose crinkling in disgust, Elias heads towards the caravan.

"Hey!"

The head of a girl who can't be much older than her teens pops out of the back! She gasps and goes back in.

Then blows a whistle LOUDLY.

It freaks out the animals and you can easily hear chickens from within the caravan, there's two horses pulling the caravan, one cow and a goat tied to a tree as the bandits seemed to have stopped for a small break.

A group of about 7 teenage boys and one more girl run out of the trees in a panic, especially when they spot Elias.

"H-hey! We're like MILES from your place! Come ON." one boy says nervously, keeping his hands in view so there's no sudden hostilities.

He frowns at all these children.

Where the hell were the bandits?

"You are. And that's the problem. Is this all of you?"

He asks, walking up to them so that he's able to have a normal conversation. No more shouting here.

"Yeah..." the girl in the caravan says, not daring to really come out.

The boy who was speaking before pipes up.

"Why is that a problem?"

"Because I'm collecting."

He tilts his head.

"You're bandits, right?"
