Cynic investigates and sees the meeting, decides to stand near by, staring at Rose.

The Bandit King laughed a mighty booming laugh.

"Oh yeah? You've done pretty good thus far Pipsqueak but I also haven't unleashed my strongest force yet. But, I am willing to work with, or possibly even for. If you make it worth my while."

The big man would say with a smile as he folded his arms across his chest.

"How much do you consider your life to be worth?"

Elias asks, a wing made of red lightning bursting forth from his back to spray blood everywhere, including at those watching the two of them!

One Winged Dragon Mark - Elias is capable of calling on his training with Leon to summon a single Dragon's Wing made of red Lightning to sprout from his back, this wing gives Elias +21 to his Speed stat as long as he is using another Qi ability. This Wing spreads Elias's blood all over the battlefield in a 20 ft radius.

The Bandit King would scoff and put a thumb up to his nose to shoot out a snot rocket at Elias' display. The Bandit King would lick the blood off of one of his hands and stare at Elias, smiling.

"Cancel."

One of the Bandit Kings eyes would glow Blue before Elias' wing would disappear.

"How much is this little shit hole worth to you? I came here to destroy this turd of a territory but felt inspired by the defense you put up. You slaughtered a handful of my men to boot. So I came here personally to offer an alliance, because I want to see your potential first hand, and you spit in my face. That's not very wise. Dirt King."

The Bandit King would crack his neck.

"So, I'll give you one more chance. Would you like to make an offer, or hear an offer?"

The moment that eye glowed and Elias' wing disappears, a wide grin forms on his face. His own eyes go wide with excitement, and he can hardly contain himself.

"I have one question first. Are you a Guardian or a Katashi?"

[Stigma Wyatt]

Rose tries to ignore the fact Cynic is staring at her, starting to wonder if this is how people feel about her weird ass staring.

Nahhhh. Cynic just likes to hang out. Nothing weird here...

[Cynic]

Cynic is a boss at hanging out, but is annoyed by the meeting with Elias and the Bandit King. He stops staring and without his gas mask he feels off anyways. He walks up with the spear in his hand, covered in his own blood and Elias's blood. He stands between Elias and the Bandit King. Pointing his spear at the bandit king Cynic's blank expression would remain.

"Not to get in your way or anything, Elias.... The guy is acting too cocky. Either make him an offer or tell me to kill him."

[Sir Galahad]

The Bandit King would raise an eyebrow...

"Uh... a who or a what?"

Then Cynic...

"HAHAHAHAHA!!! I like this place!!! I really do hope we can work together, I'd much prefer that to killing you all!"

Damn. What a waste.

Elias looks at Cynic, confused that this random person would tell him what to do, but content with the fact that he seems willing to do whatever he's told.

"Oh, I was always going to kill him. There's only room for one Bandit King. Go for it."

And with that, he forms his wing once more and sprints towards the large man.

As usual she's not keeping up too good, and she just realized they weren't, in fact, negotiating.

"S-sorry you have to die now!"

He seemed nice. Even with the death threats. To be fair death threats don't really have a significance to her. ANYWAY!

She follows Elias as he goes in, focusing on making sure he isn't attacked from anywhere else.

[Cynic]

Cynic drops and rolls to the side to get out of Elias's way, and takes a deep breath, waiting for Elias and Rose to do their attacks, before he unleashed his own.

"Wall!"

The Bandit King would call out. Raising his arms, his hands would both glow green. Elias and Rose would both run into an invisible wall if they continued forward. Elias however would manage to crack it a decent bit, it probably wouldn't hold up to another attack!

Elias smacks against the wall, but it doesn’t seem to phase him. Instead, he wipes his bloody hand on his chest, and drains energy from every single person who had been touched by his blood these past two times he’d summoned his dragon wing.

Then, summoning every last ounce of strength he has, he suddenly slams his hand into the wall, looking to punch right through it and the Bandit King’s chest to tear out his heart!

Level 0 - Tainted Blood Magic: Elias is capable of planting his blood on someone. Should he do so he can draw with blood on himself sapping the opponents highest stat by -9, and raising that stat for Elias by +22. Elias can only lower each stat of an opposing character once per stat, though his bonus can stack up to two times for a total of +44. This effect lasts for 4 posts. This ability can affect multiple people at once. (-9 to various bandits/Dirt population onlookers, +44 to Elias’ stats)

Rose doesn't get close enough to hit the wall, stopping a few steps back so she's not in the way, but close enough to defend Elias from anything unexpected.

Rose had Elias covered, so Cynic would move quickly to get behind the guy. Not directly behind him in case of blow back, but to his rear. Cynic would move to stab the spear towards the back of his left heel aiming for that rather sensitive tendon.
